However there has been a huge movement rising up in several individual communities over the past few years which are actively fighting against companies using harmful, artificial ingredients. Or is it simply choosing products with small ingredient lists, and only with ingredients you can pronounce?
Or something cunning like only eating "kosher" products since the Jews are smart enough not to poison their kids? And only buying parvere or whatever that secret stamp is on some items...?
I’ve read so many food labels over the years and 99% have poison of some type. I don’t buy prepackaged anymore if I can avoid it. My husband will sometimes insist and I will scan the label for worst offenders (but there’s always something and you have to “settle”? Restaurants are even worse since you don’t know what they put in the food. I have resorted to focusing on Whole Foods and cooking from scratch at home. I will cook almost anything but do find alternative to things such as white sugar and seed oils which imo are the worst offenders together with anything artificial and food colored. Amines are another group I avoid due to histamine issues caused by Covid vax spiking (aka “long Covid”). In my home I cook with tallow, butter, ghee, avocado oil, coconut oil and olive oil. I use only natural unprocessed forms of sugar such as maple syrup, jaggery, honey, real raw cane ( Heavenly Organics is great). If we eat anything from grain I make sure to properly prepare them by soaking, souring or sprouting. I don’t eat pork unless they are barley fed and organic (most are fed corn/soy which produces high poly fats) I also follow Ayurvedic guidelines for proper food combinations and according to doshas.
Look into metabolic health/keto/carnivore/paleo. There are tons and tons of excellent videos and websites, so many brilliant people doing great work in this area. It's a huge rabbit hole that will transform your way of thinking about eating.
I have to avoid several things like MSG and sulfites (preservative), so small ingredient lists is a good start. I avoid anything with corn or soy that is not organic, due to GMOs. I recall that Hebrew National hot dogs have not organic soy in them, so going for the kosher label may not be the best option. Most other hot dogs have corn syrup, but I found some that don't - about to go have a couple for lunch!
Buy some deep freezers and stock it with locally grown organic beef/pork/chicken.
Grow a garden and learn how to can/pickle/dehydrate. This takes a lot of time… hopefully you have a committed wife to do this. I am in charge of the garden…tilling/planting/watering/fertilizing/weeding. It takes a team of at least two as it is time consuming.
Commit to only home cooked meals. Again, it takes a team as preparing/cooking/cleaning is a lot of work.
Only use organic olive oil, avocado oil/ghee to cook.

Yeah I've been half awake for 15 years and try to cook myself most of the time, but I know that the elite are NOT getting the same produce that we are, and are not getting the same cheap meats we get in our average grocery stores.
I was hoping someone had some easy guide like I ly buying parvere branded products or something like that to know what the elite know.
Because clearly something is different between us plebs and the elite who are poisoning us.
It is hard as the big corporations are buying up all the small health food companies.For instance, Bill Gates bought Bragg. Bragg was a staple for healthy food, especially their Apple Cider Vinegar. Gates has poisoned their products (with a Katy Perry twist.)
Not to Bragg (pun intended), but my wife makes our own apple cider vinegar. It’s not that hard to do. It helps that we have a lot of apple trees around us.

My son roomed with a young man in college from Taiwan. They are great friends. One day my son was taking him down to the nearest McDonald’s, in Memphis. As Taiwan had those restaurants as well. When their food came out “Taiwan” was in shock. My son couldn’t understand why? Taiwan was like “is this a joke?” After a few minutes of my son saying this is how McDonald’s food is…and Taiwan corrected him saying, this is trash. The McDonald’s in his country uses fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the nearby markets. Their meat is thick and fresh. Buns don’t look like they have been stepped on. He said all the fast food joints in Taiwan are like this, we’re he lived. All the food is fresh. Needles to say he found a local Asian market food place down their in Memphis and got a lot of his food there. He found out that restaurants and even the local grocery stores sold garbage, compared to back home.
Ever since I started learning about my autoimmune disease and how to stop it's progression, I've found out that the food I've been consuming, and the products I've been using, are so filled with such toxic ingredients and substances that I'm honestly surprised it took this long for my body to say, "Enough!"

Much of it is cancer inducing, hormone imbalancing, or endocrine disrupting. I thought most of the products I used were okay before I looked them up, and found that I've been putting toxins on my skin almost every day.
Look up Dr. Gundry’s Plant Paradox diet. I didn’t believe it would work for my friend who has autoimmune. It sounded crazy. but it helped her immensely. Sadly it’s hard to stick to when everyone around you is eating junk and you have to make everything from scratch. So she cheats and sets herself backwards. But when she sticks to it she feels loads better. More energy. Her joint pain is gone. From listening to Dr. Gundry’s podcast, you may find your immune system will forget it was ever allergic to certain foods over time, and can thus have them again, so long as they are organic and non-GMO. It’s the pesticides! It’s gotta be!
I've been doing a similar diet so far, an autoimmune paleo diet, based on the experiences of Dr. Izabella Wentz, who went through the same issues that I have. Her books are full of so much great info, and I feel like I'm really learning and getting a handle on my disease. I'm no longer scared of it now that I know how to fight it!
I've been doing the diet sporadically for a few weeks, but have gone cold turkey on all the things I need to avoid, like gluten, sugar, dairy, soy, caffeine, and alcohol. It's only been a few days but I feel a lot better already! My stomach doesn't churn and grumble anymore, my joints feel a bit better, and my energy is finally getting somewhat normal. The plan is to keep this up for a couple more weeks, then slowly reintroduce the foods that typically cause problems. For me it's mostly dairy and sugar. Then I'll see how I feel, and if I feel worse that means I need to cut them out for longer or even for good, but that's ahead in the future so I'm not too worried about that now.

Btw, pretty sure a lot of us are getting migraines from time to time. I have dealt with it and tried isolating the root causes by trial and errors, careful observations, journaling my intakes, exercises, weather and my visits to grocery stores, etc. It is a complex issue, but if you want to learn getting rid of the migraines naturally without taking any medications then read on.
There is not one single reason causing the migraines but myriads of reasons. We have to carefully avoid each of those as far as possible.
Packaged foods: There are chemicals present in the foods especially the processed and packaged ones. There are numerous FDA approved toxic chemicals that are being used in most of the commercial packaged foods that cause havoc on our body. Many of these have the ability to cross the blood brain barrier and seep into the brain. When the body is about to remove these toxins from the brain that's when the localized pain starts to exhibit.
Liquid foods: Similar chemicals are used in the liquid products such as most of the beverages - soft drinks, bottled juices, canned products with liquids including even coconut milk.
Waters: Even our water supplies (city water, bottled water, etc) contain these chemicals that cause the migraine. My elderly neighbor drinking unfiltered tap water suffered from migraines for decades and no doctors could identify the root cause. They kept supplying him with numerous drugs making him a Guinea pig.
Perishables: Injected chemicals into the perishable foods that includes meet, eggs, milk, fruits and vegetables. Unbelievable amount of sprays, injections and chemical baths are used in preparing the foods for our consumption even into the so-called organic foods.
Sprays in stores: You may have already observed certain chemical smell when you enter the stores these days, well they have been doing this ever since the scamdemic started but with varying levels of sprays and varieties of chemicals. They contain certain toxic substances that cause the migraines.
Now for the solutions. How do we combat the toxic world and continue to live and even thrive in it. Well, the best way would be to grow our own foods but it is not practical for most of us for many reasons. From my experiences of experimentation the following seemed to have worked well for me for each of the above issues mentioned.
Packaged foods: Use Yuka app to scan each of the products that you purchase, at a high level it gives you a simple green or red flag. But you can dive into the details as deep as individual ingredients and their harmful side effects. I have learned to avoid so many luring food products after scanning and learning their dangers.
Liquid foods: same way, use the Yuka app. But also try making your own juices at home from "fresh" fruits and vegetables.
Waters: there can be a few ways to address this issue. You can't trust any source but to try it yourself and find out. Even the bottled waters are getting very expensive these days. Fortunately I observed from last few months, my city water doesn't seem to contain the chemicals that cause the migraines however I distill the city water using my portable distiller but after going through the whole house filtration system. Note that even some of the bottled spring water contain chemicals.
Perishables: this one is the most difficult one to address unless you grow your own foods. But just be careful, listen to your body for signals when you buy foods in stores using all your senses as well as when you consume these foods. Throw it out without hesitation if the body gives out symptoms. I have done that many times throwing out even papaya, melons and such.
Sprays in stores: what I have done is avoid the stores that have high levels of sprays, reduce the amount of time I am inside the stores, purchase online, reduce the number of groceries trips, etc. Also inform the store managers to avoid or reduce spraying inside the stores, they do listen.
Government has no right to put anything in our water or food, or anything else we consume. It doesn't matter if they had good intentions, or not. The fact is that there is no authority or power granted for federal, state, or local governments to do this.

Although, the primary reason for the federal government being established is to protect our individual rights. Failing that, they no longer have a valid charter, and we have the right to remove them, and replace with one that is in line with the principles upon which our Constitutional Republic was founded.
Please check the labels. Besides the ingredients she is talking about, look for (something to the effect of) Made with bioengineered ingredients. They don’t have to tell you what those bioengineered ingredients are. And note, that term is often written in small(er) print and not necessarily listed in the same place the ingredients are listed on the label.
In Europe McDonald fries only has 3 ingredients. In the US they have 19. Same company - different ingredients depending where you live. And they are not the only US company doing this. They are actively and knowingly poisoning us. I remember growing up in Europe that my parents would say we wouldn’t have to worry about anything we ate because the government would never allow anything harmful in our food. I believed it but now I see that not all governments care about the health of their citizens.
