IMO he's suggesting you buy a generator for the blackouts that are coming not related to weather storms, but the big storm. Also he's stating the obvious... unusual hurricane activity.
Especially as I need 240v to power things like my well pump and central AC. A gasoline generator was all that I could find that could put out 240v at 50A and run my house.
I could really only see myself getting a (very heavy) pure sine wave gas powered generator with a battery backup at this point. Had too many permanent problems with old generators, and outages seem to come too frequently in my area with the lightest breeze.
Specifically heavy because this area has become a lot more crime ridden over the years, and ain't no one really wants to go out tired at 3 AM and get ambushed when their generator goes off and they're not thinking straight enough to have a firearm with them.
The idea about the solar is that it doesn't make a bunch of noise and give off that tell-tale smell that a gas-powered generator does, and won't alert the roving thieves and neighbors that you have a stealable generator if the SHTF.
I don't recommend them. I have a few and my first one went out using a hair dryer. I don't know about the newer model but the older ones could use improvements.
I got one 4 years ago, since I don't believe in straight solar. I use hybrid system. I use the solar to cycle my fridge and freezer. Occasionally run the coffee machine or microwave. I keep one 200 watt panel attached while it's operating. Its good for about 24 hours if I manage it well. Then I turn on my duel fuel generator. Gas or propane, recharge my patriot 2000wh in about 4 hours while i also let the generator direct run then fridge and freezer. This uses about 1.25 gals of fuel. Once the patriot is all charged i turned off the gas Jennie amd start over. 24 gals of fuel give me about 80 hours of generator and 480 hours of patriot power. Between and 30 days off grid. I extend that even further by not powering my freezer at all for 8 hours overnight. I also set the freezer on its highest setting while the gas is on. That gives me about 8 to ten more days in 70 to 75 degree avg daily temps. Trying it out while we are wothout power from Milton. 48 hours in. Ran gas genny four hours. It's a good system. Solar only extends My run time a little. I'm sure other models besides patriot work well. There wasn't as much selection 4 years ago amd it was 2500 bucks. We ahve their food too and a bunch of their tools like the solar water heater which is awesome if u got sun. Florida does. Hope that helps.
I understand people are tired. However, did you think the precipice would be short and sweet? We have to wake up the slow people somehow. And the change has to last for many many decades so that the evil is not allowed to return for a long time.
yep, sounds that way. not only hurricanes but 20+ million illegals that we are paying 100% of everything for to live here. they live better than our veterans live.
imagine being a veteran and living on the streets and "our" government steps right over you and gives illegals everything you worked your ass off for.
I just wish we’d get rid of whole tax code.
IMO a 14th amendment violation of equal protection.
And while 16th is after 14th, 16th does not explicitly state different tax rates for different people tax breaks for some random activities, so equal treatment would still stand in theory. Otherwise 16th is a de facto repeal of 14th.
IMO, dangling the prospect of a tax deduction for a purchase is a bit disingenuous. If you're in the "every little bit helps" camp, then, I suppose it's OK. But in reality, it doesn't amount to a hill of beans IRL...
I sure hope not! If he is, depending upon folks to interpret a statement such as this in that manner is a bit reckless, no? I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm getting pretty weary of all the riddles we endlessly debate trying to parse out the truth. I'm a straight-shooting kinda guy, I guess...
I hesitantly recommended a friend to stock up on cash back in 2020 (? I think, or was it 2021) when this message board was full of that recommendation. There were also recommendations to stock up on food at that time for something "imminent." I'm very glad I didn't suggest this to others, or I would have lost all credibility.
Color me skeptical at this point. Of course, I'll be the person suffering because I stopped listening to the cries of wolf...
Are you serious? The price of most foods have doubled at a minimum. In some cases they have gone up 300, 400 or 500%. If you had stocked up in 2020 then the inflation would not hit you as hard. I assume there is worse to come.
Unfortunately he can't literally say "Go buy a generator, there are going to be blackouts during the precipice"
Why can't he just say that?
Why is it that he can speak in riddles and code, and make little air quotes "q"s and drop the number 17 and all that, but he can't just say "get a generator, there are going to be blackouts"?
Eh, the way he's phrasing it can make a pretty decent dent into justifying a more expensive and efficient generator that you may not be able to without it.
Frankly, any tax relief is better than no tax relief. Because taxation is theft.
I live in a river community that flooded during Hurricane Flo. We had 6 feet in our driveway in 2018 where when we built the property we were told wasn’t in a flood zone. Hurricane Flo was the highest flood ever here in SE NC.
We decided after rebuilding that a generator here would be worthless in another flood unless they were raised up. And being on a corner lot we would have a tough time shielding it from the road according to our HOA. But also, when it flooded in this development those that weren’t flooded couldn’t use their gas generators anyway bc the gas company turned off all the gas in the development.
We have an outlet for a generator but we would only use a portable gas powered one if there were a massive power outage for another reason.

There's also this qoincidence:

Just kill the income tax period.
He can't say that yet
I want this to be retroactive back to 2020 FOR THOSE OF US WHO CHOSE TO PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME.
Word. Bought mine in July.
Maybe we should stock up on the Patriot solar power generators before they raise their prices.
These? https://4patriots.com/collections/solar-generators
I can't see myself spending that type of money when I can just get a gas generator. Let's hope there is no gas shortage

Good point, however, I don't think it will be mad max style, well..... perhaps in bigger cities.

Great info, thanks. o7
Thanks!
So this bullshit is gonna last until August of next year!? Ugh. Tired now after Helene and Milton hit.
Q told us until July of 2025:

Basically only income tax not a 14th violation is flat rate on everyone’s income rich and poor alike
I believe he will end federal taxes. He can't say it yet though.
Yeah I figure he can’t come off as too drastic even though that is exactly what needs to happen given coming debt spiral situation.
I like no income, property & capital gains taxes any more much, much better!

What's the overall message from him though?
Is he suggesting people get a generator due to unusual "Storms"

Q people have wide reach. I have gotten many of my friends and family to stock up on food. Even got a liberal friend to prepare.
Unfortunately he can't literally say "Go buy a generator, there are going to be blackouts during the precipice"

The precipice is coming this time, I assure you lol.

imo, were slowly inching towards no taxes at all.
August 31st, 2025. What happens after that? I think I have an idea.
I didn't even notice he put that in there at the end!
That is very telling.
It also aligns with u/#q3387
I literally bought a generator on Monday because I expect an outage before or during the election. Never owned a generator before.
I bought one about a month ago. Same, I've never owned one. Which one did you get?
Predator 5000 for the dual-fuel.
5000 Watt wow!
DAMN that’s so smart and helpful!!!
Income tax MUST be abolished.
I want details. What’s the $ cap on this? I’d love to buy a whole house generac or something like it.
YEEEEAH, lol

August could be hot
August was hot, October is hot (temp wise) more than usual.
