What I remember is the press conference that Ron DeSantis made where he said that the state has jurisdiction over this case and the state would be prosecuting the case. I later read the judge that has been assigned to the case is Aileen Cannon who is a Trump appointed judge. I am a bit confused now as to why he is in the custody of the Feds. Maybe you or someone else can shine some light on what is really going on.
