Following the X37 service record on Wiki if this bird is spy plane and I think it is then the X37 has been used to spy on Obama OTV-3 and OTV 4 and 5 were in the air for 2016 and the 2018 midterms with OTV6 covering the 2020 elections and OTV7 in currently still at large from last December's launch.

This is one of my toys. And what they are going to do is what I call defying orbital mechanics. Satellites are extremely predictable so the enemy can just hide until it goes by or target it with a weapon. But the X-37 is designed to dip down into the atmosphere, maneuver and come out in an unpredictable orbit.

Don't read too much into the X-37 deployment. Everything in the world is happening just weeks before the election. I have doctor appointments just weeks before the election!---completely meaningless. Don't substitute imagination for knowledge.
Besides, the X-37 will, for the most part, not be over the United States. That is the nature of orbital motion. We already have communications intelligence satellites aloft, and they have the same problem.
