You're talking about a "Mickey Finn" drink. That term was first used in 1915. The character of "Mickey Mouse" was created in 1928.

The creepy thing about that cartoon mouse is apparently it’s based off an ancient sculpture.
There’s also a Mickey Mouse Mug that spells “Wicked” in the reflection of the surface of the coffee when filled.
