I made the case to the leadership back in ‘96 to combine the space operations of all the services, the NRO and military related NASA into one organization because, by eliminating the overhead of all but one player a lot of money could be freed up for more ambitious space operations.
But it took Trump to make it happen.
There was a big effort 1994-2001 in DoD and Congress to create “Space Force” as part of the Air Force. How USSF came into being came very close to a circa 1999 proposal with a “nucleus” inside Air Force then elevated as its own force.
They have been trying since Reagan to “soft disclose” the Secret Space Program to the public. The route they are on is shifting/seeding tech into SpaceX (and other corps) AND creation of Space Force to exclude Nazi children/grandchildren in AF, Army, Navy, DoD, and NASA leadership from being able to join USSF. Big play with USSF was forced removal of all control and authority of “space assets” from all Deep State orgs, crippling their surveillance and attacks on Americans. DS forced to use Chinese space assets (i.e. Maui), revealing treason. Weather weapons (Doppler radar) are ground and underwater based (Gulf) not under USSF.
Similar play made by spinning Special Forces out from under CIA control (11-18-2020), then excluding all CIA and State Dept personnel from command structure which Trump put back under civilian control by sidelining Joint Chiefs of Staff who had effectively usurped C-I-C command authority via “administrative rules and procedures” unconstitutionally.

The Secret Space Program has been in place since the late 40'ss, early 50's. Your dad was on the cutting edge of technology, but couldn't say anything about it.
It's not a pyramid, it's a graphic simplification of the cambered supersonic swept wing/"arrow wing" design of the original and later NASA logos (after NACA's logos, which showed more traditional feathered wing designs).
It very much resembles the UN logo. They have the sphere divided into six segments. Six representing the hexagon or cube or the sixth planet from the sun. More Saturn representation. This type of symbolism can be traced back thousands of years.
