EMF sensitive person here. There’s indeed the possibility that background radiation levels could cause problems, but always start from physics. The law of inverse squares applies to all radiation: when you double the distance you cut the exposure by 4. So whether it’s Starlink or anything else, the most important thing to consider is whatever is radiating close to you. If you are close enough to a cell tower or other high powered digital microwave transmitter, that can also reach similar exposure levels. It’s nearly certain that you are getting incomparably more EMF radiation exposure from sources in or near you than from things like Starlink satellites. There are meters you can get that are very instructive on what is happening, what provides effective shielding, and what doesn’t.
Wired is most preferable anyway. Better speeds and reliability. Sadly, I know not everyone can do that, but there exists, in some routers, a setting where you adjust the power of the WiFi signal to where you can reduce the pulses from 10/second to 1/second. It helps a lot and the signal isn't really worsened (connectivity).

Clean up your diet.

Do all that; give it time. It took a long time to get there. It takes many months to decrease the level in the bucket of crap you’ve ingested over time.
I’d definitely rather supplements just be an occasional thing again. I’ve never been fond of taking them and don’t like this whole paradigm where there must be this bulging medicine cabinet of pills, where we don’t necessarily even know what’s in them.
My diet, unfortunately, is largely where it’s going to be at, short of cutting out sugars.
The sort of direction you presented is actually what I was hoping for.
I don’t know if it’s true or not but I’ve repeatedly heard that cutting out sugars is harder than quitting a cocaine habit.
Refined flour is unfortunately taken up by our bodies much as sugar.
Natural sugars in many fruits can also be quite negatively impactful.
I remember describing all kinds of “good for me” health foods I was eating to a nutritionist friend of mine. He said “that’s great; now just eat a lot less of it.” That’s the tough part. That same nutritionist did not start dabbling with fasting until he was in his 60’s. After he did that for a couple years he reported that in his opinion there was almost no other nutritional thing he had done that was as beneficially impactful. Fasting that is.
Ya man. Like, maybe we can finally have that super-needed conversation about TV remote control "radiation" and garage door remote control "radiation" too! Like, the infra-red "radiation" frequencies in those super-duper dangerous devices is a whole order of magnitude more powerful than 5G, and they're everywhere's!

Exactly how I do it. Wireless ONLY if I need for a few minutes. Sadly, I have 2 phones when on the clock...
I use ethernet cords running all o er my home. I drill holes through flooring etc.
HAVE 2G/5G on my cell phone...turned off the 5G!!!!!! A VERY LONG TIME AGO!!!!!
New phones don't let you turn off the 5g. They literally took the setting off the phones. Maybe not all, but my new galaxy has the setting removed.
