I'm not sure what you are hoping to hear here. My grandmothers and great grandmothers taught me natural remedies. My mother taught me how to educate myself and provided a library that covered a wide variety of arcane subjects including world religions, philosophies, and spirituality. I've been studying and applying herbology and natural remedies since I was 14. I don't belong to any sects or covens. I've been exposed to a few of them through my mother and others who were interested in my interest. My impression is that 99% of self proclaimed "witches" are LARPing in that they are overly impressed with shiny objects and gothic romances. I respectfully live in God's world and see the greatness and connectedness of creation in all things - which, if you know the history of the witch trials, was a hallmark of blasphemy for some weird reason.
It’s more than plants - it’s the sun! Look at it every morning at sunrise. Listen to Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon. His data is seriously mind blowing! We have all been played via blue light on all our screens. This is a long video, but will absolutely wake you up to so much more truth! Jack is opening up on many talks lately.

I was sailing the Caribbean just before Covid hit and was in Sint Maarten. I had been dealing with a pinched nerve that escalated to the point where my entire right arm was in so much pain I could not focus on anything else. I went to a local Dutch doctor to seek relief. He gave me an earful about American medical practices and although he did end up prescribing me steroids because I didn't quite have the cash for stem cell therapy, he interestingly prescribed a complete lifestyle change to manage my chronic inflammation. It was basically a keto diet, daily fresh tumeric, and two hours of sunlight - one hour in the morning and one hour before nightfall. I pointed out that I was living on a sailboat at the time, so I had the sunlight covered and began more seriously transitioning to a keto-ish diet. I have taken his prescription to heart and happily have not had a recurrence of the pinched nerve and can say that my chronic inflammation only flares up when I neglect my diet and/or exposure to sunlight.
Great testimonial! How do you do the tumeric bit - grated into food or a drink? I see a lot of people recommend tumeric supplements, but I always think we should focus on the real food. I’m personally not into furry, so looking for other options.
As I was in the Caribbean at the time, fresh turmeric root was plentiful in the grocery stores... usually right next to the potatoes. You can smash it up to make a tea or simply eat it like a carrot which is what I did. It has a sweet earthy flavor when fresh. I have also added it to salads and soups. Here in the states, you can find it in Asian grocery stores or order it by the box full through Amazon.
Not only do they not fund studies, but they have actively shutdown access to many natural remedies. I'm surprised they haven't made growing lobelia and dandelions illegal yet... maybe just because they are so prolific in many areas. Lobelia tea hasn't been sold at the local health stores for over ten years now along with many other herbs. For a while, you couldn't get tryptophan tablets but somehow they made it back to the shelves... some of the other Amino acids didn't.
It sounds like RFKjr is keen to have some of the bans on natural products removed. I look forward to see what happens in this arena.
I do all natural. I make my own meds from plants. Way better than the Pharma poisons. I got my Husband off his 25 pills a day and he is so much better.
I got that book by Nicole Apelian. Lost book of herbal remedies. That's how I got started. Best book ever. And she just came out with a new one . Apothecary 250 remedies. Step by step on how to make everything.
It always amazes me that doctors don't have patients with high blood pressure start with a diet change rather than heading to the prescription pad first. At the onset of menopause, I had some dramatic changes in my BP start occurring after a solid history of 120/80. During this time, I had to visit several doctors including a cardiologist. They all felt the need to prescribe me BP medicine. Not one single one of them, even the cardiologist, brought up the "danger" of eating or drinking grapefruit with these drugs. I say danger because ingesting grapefruit does significantly reduce your BP and if combined with BP pills may reduce it too low. Interestingly, my mother who suffered from low BP was advised to avoid grapefruit which is where I first came across this information. My curiosity caused me to take a deep dive on this subject and it is actually very well documented and studied.
I read about the origins of the AMA quite a few years ago. I'll have to revisit it, but if memory serves me right it basically leveraged the gross opportunism of snake oil salesmen as a reason to disregard all other forms of medicine outside that taught in Ivy League schools. Herbalists, midwives, and other traditional medical practitioners were painted with the same broad brush as the snake oil salesmen. One of the reasons dentistry sits outside of general medicine is that most dentists were put into the category of snake oil salesmen for a very long time... and in a high percentage of cases they weren't wrong.
I worked in the dental field for 13 years and yes there have been some shady practitioners and some shady materials / technology over the years. I’ve been out of dentistry for about 6 years. Solo practices will continue to be bought up by private equity. Your “healthcare” will continue to become more corporate. The founder of the AMA reminds me of Fauci because neither “physician” ever worked in a clinical capacity. My wife worked briefly in OTC and Rx manufacturing shortly after graduating college. She told me that if you could meet the people who produce your “medicine”, you would never take it.
Unfortunately, those with the knowledge of botanical meds were slain as witches by a certain religious sect over the last 2,000 years.
yep
not all of us ;)
Witch or sect? And if the latter, which sect?...No pun intended, of course.

Garlic is great for blood pressure.
Garlic is an excellent therapeutic. But grapefruit is quicker acting and far more substantial when it comes to blood pressure.
I have terrible arthritis and CBD has been a Godsend! It has changed my life.

Plant Medicines Will Save Humanity From Itself
Cannabis has dozens of different medical compounds that attack cancer cells in different ways.
Tomato juice for the prostate. Its that simple.
Link up some sauce for us to read please...So we don't stumble on bs trying to find it
https://archive.ph/JYgFp
This is good.
Use the Brave search engine. As it any question. It gives great answers with sauce.
"Is tomato juice good for the prostate"
https://search.brave.com/search?q=Is+tomato+juice+good+for+the+prostate&source=web&summary=1&conversation=20d3b1a30f669076c837ab
Thanks...I question those "AI" snippets from search engines when they say things like this:
I understand. They do a good job of getting one started and that's a lot better than not knowing.
For BPH, or cancer, or both?
Swollen and cancer.
*Except for liberalism.
No fren. Just eat grass fed beef, drunk water, occasionally eat a little honey, occasionally eat some in season fresh berries.
We don't need the FDA the knowledge of natural medicines can be learned by ys all
