Yes...that's what the talmud is. However, jews follow it as if it is from God. There are some bizarre practices in the talmud that are shocking. Here's a short list of some them as well as a recent movie by Stew Peters call Occupied. The movie does a great job explaining the risks of jewish supremacy.
The Talmud gives Jews permission to sin against anyone who isn't Jewish, so I believe it is a false doctrine and very dangerous to conflate God with ethnicity.
