It's going to be nice to just drive into Canada without being interrogated.
Like I used to when I was younger. A day trip to Windsor. A night at the boobie bars as a 18 or 19 year old. Visiting my in laws without making sure I have my passport up to date (I refuse to get Michigans Real ID which would allow free travel back and forth). Vacationing in Grand Bend. Hunting and fishing trips and going to Algonquin with my brother in law and his family for some real backwoods survivalist type camping and canoeing. Spending a weekend in London to do the drive in movies with my kids. Hockey trips. Visiting my wifes best friend in the Soo.
As a Detroiter and a hockey player on travel teams, I spent a lot of time in Canada. And then married a Canadian girl and spent even more time there. Her family is in Blenheim and Chatham and London. After decades of going to Canada dozens of times per year, my frequency of travel began to decrease when they came out with Real ID or passports. And I havent gone even one time since the tyranny of covid. We havent seen my wifes family in five years.
We used to love driving up to "Europe lite" for a long weekend pre-covidian nightmare...
Haven't been back since... although tempted because dollar to can is like 0.6:1 now...

I grew up in Denmark and all I would hear from people is “why do we have to fund Greenland” who gives nothing back to us. Danes are the one’s footing that bill. Greenland could never survive independently but really it has no value to Denmark and it’s people. It’s the Danish government that insist keeping Greenland theirs for whatever reason..
Yes - Greenland is being heavily subsidized by Denmark. If Denmark extracting any natural resources from the place? If so that might explain why they keep Greenland on the welfare roles.
Makes me wonder, aside from a strategic defense position for the US, why Denmark hasn't mined it, if it's supposedly "chock full" of valuable minerals. Is there more to the story?

I am sure this has meaning. But TBH I am not interested in Canda or anywhere else. We need to clean up outr own house before we worry about other houses. If we manage to get Canada that will be a Yuge laugh! I do want Panama Canal back because I recall at the time most of America was mad because Jimmy Carter just gave it away.

It sure is looking like Trump is serious about Panama, Canada and Greenland....at first I was thinking maybe he just wants to create a little noise and get some people fired up but as time goes on and especially with it being a part of his Christmas wishes, it seems to be a very viable goal of his.
I can only surmise that there's a possibility that we're going to pull back our military bases to a closer perimeter; Greenland, Canada and possibly Mexico and stop the global mil base insanity including Gladio/NATO
IMO something intensely nefarious is happening under the ice of Greenland for Trump to be relentlessly pursuing it like this

The pardon of those murderers need to be ignored for the safety of our nation. I find no need to honor pardons from an illegitimate president. Justice trumps bad law doesn't it? Otherwise there is no justice, just tyranny under the fraud of law.
