There are two fascinating points. Our soul is not ours, it belongs to God. The kingdom of God is within us because God put it there. Jesus said he was sending to us the Holy Spirit, to comfort us because He was leaving to be with the Father. I have been recently trying to focus on the Holy Spirit.
That first point is HUGE for helping deliver souls - they think they've sold their soul to the devil, but they CAN'T because it wasn't theirs to sell! This is a massive realization and can help a trapped person start their way back to Christ.

Take no thought... Just observe without judgement or thought.
Thoughts will come. They may never stop.
That's okay. Pay no attention to them.
Seek no thought. Not even thoughts about not having thoughts.
Place your consciousness in your third eye/pineal gland. Stay "Up there"
You may experience pleasant visual phenomena... keep in mind that is a byproduct and not the goal, but no reason you shouldn't enjoy them.

I believe that when we pray, our thoughts are from the Holy Spirit.
I do try your example, like when I can't sleep I try to seek no thoughts.

I listened to a very interesting video today on YouTube. The Whistle Has Been Blown is the site. It’s a conversation between Pastor James Wilcox and Rabbi Abraham Finkelstein. It appears this video keeps getting taken down but keeps resurfacing. The rabbi absolutely tells truth to every question he is asked. At first I thought he was being sarcastic, but then I realized he was telling the complete truth and not hiding anything at all. Goes with everything we have been learning during this time. Saving Israel for last?

While everyone has been focused on Russia, China, Iran, Turkey, Libya and Briar Rabbit (made that country up), we have been brainwashed into believing the lies of Israel. That in itself is going to really crush many many people. But if people want exposure then it has to be everywhere. The things that Rabbi was saying back then we are seeing tack place today. To be honest, I always had my doubts but was ashamed to say anything. I believe that’s why Trump is focusing in on McDonalds. It’s not that the food is any good really, just to draw them out. People are going to throw up in their mouths when they realize they have been eating children.
I noticed about 12,000 views on Tik Tok. The depths of evil is tough to fathom, I avoid these Fast Food places.
Rabbi … rabbit … Briar Rabbit country — the religious teachings have been dark for far too long. Alice in Wonderland. Watching out for these things and supporting the Great Awakening is the emotionally difficult part of bring here.
You know, nothing surprises me anymore at all. There was a time I would gasp at what I heard or saw but now no reaction. But it has to come out, no matter how difficult it is to hear. We can’t deal with it if we don’t know. Everyday I ask God for exposure so that I know how to pray. Interestingly enough I as more attentive to everything in the children’s cartoons and movies. It’s there. 🥲

I just realized something today. Back during the 1970s, there were lots of sporting goods stores. I mean they were everywhere.
Not no more. Now days you might find 1 or 2 stores in an entire town and that's it.
Come to Texas. We have an obnoxious amount. There is a decent shopping area 10 mins from our house. A bed bath and beyond shut down..we wondered what would be in its place..cue the massive disappointment when it was a Dicks..
A Hobby Lobby shut down across the road from it...wondered again...weeks later it was an Academy Sports
Houston probably has 30 stores between the two chains. And not to mention all the other smaller one..hibbet, sun and ski, tennis warehouse.
Meanwhile we have only one good computer store and three good independent art stores. At least in Houston, techies and creative types are the minority
