Patriots assembled 4 years ago to protest a stolen election, as they are supposed to do when an election is stolen. Freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and freedom to petition the government for redress of grievances were placed in the First Amendment for just such an occasion as the stolen 2020 election. It's not a "baseless conspiracy theory"; it's a based statement of fact about a felonious conspiracy that actually occurred.
No cases were lost; the cases were not heard. To claim people being disenfranchised have no standing in court is a miscarriage of justice of the highest order.
