Probably right. Looks like body double to me. There was a long period during Trump Presidency 2017-2021 when Barry was not seen “LIVE”. This makes it easier to roll out a really well done body double without too much scrutiny when needed. Acting and mannerisms can be duplicated by trained actor. Unclear if there is a mask or not. Not close enough shot to see the eye corners near the nose.
How does it look like a body double? Like a good example of a double is golfer Trump vs this one. but that looks like him

I cannot help but see Bush laying bricks in fear because he knows the deadline is ahead. As far as Melania, she sits there in quiet solitude knowing these people want to kill her husband and her family. A very brave woman and worthy of being called the greatest FLOTUS this nation has ever had!

Poor George looks like he is out of a “safe” prison for the first time in a long time, and is afraid one of his “former pals” is going to do something to him for ratting them out. Next to HRC under those circumstances would be terrifying. Fortunately for him that is likely an HRC body double in a mask (but he may not know).
