There is no need for a lot of pomp and circumstance, just do the deed and let's get on with running this country. Enough of the drama. I don't really care if there are ten folks to see Trump take the oath or 100,000 people watching. All that is needed is one guy administering the oath and one guy saying "I do".

Can't say I blame the locals. DC is a big, crime ridden city whose criminal elements are not going to take the weekend off for inaugeration, in fact probably just the opposite if they think their law enforcement will be tied up at the Capitol.
