We first need to understand who the CIA actually is (KGB == Mossad == MI6 == CIA == Rockefeller == Rothschild == etc.). Without that understanding, I think people would just start shooting. Asha Logos gives a starting point perhaps, but it doesn't really appreciate that there are two different groups: the group called the Royal Scythians (a genetic family with blue/green eyes, blonde/red hair who has ruled the world for at least 5000 years) and the Scythians (various multi-cultural groups who were ruled by the Royal Scythians).
For a little bit of continuity for example, the Scythians were renamed into the Tartarians in the 12th century, such named by Genghis Khan (one source of this I found was Sir Frances Drake ~16th century, but I'd have to dig through my notes to fine the source). Genghis Khan was not some random schmuck that was a "rags to riches" hero as modern "history" paints him as. On the contrary, he was a member of the family of Royal Scythians, with green eyes and red hair, with a listed long pedigree. He very likely was not even of the phenotype we associate with Mongolian, or if he was, he was only partially.
A lot of my research comes from dozens of works from ancient historians (Sir Frances Drake, Josephus, Old Testament authors (in ancient Hebrew), Herodotus, etc., etc.). A lot of this information comes from genetic or other biological research, archeological research, etc, coming from sources more numerous than I can count.
This is a deep dive so deep, there is just no way to give a reasonable accounting until I publish it out in full. I know that is terribly unfulfilling, but it is what it is. Perhaps I can put out a small version of my research at some point in the not too distant future.

My take on it Paddock was caught in a bad position,(ie already dead) and could have compromised on going mission or assets. There are video showing the rooms windows un-broken just after it was breached. Someone had to give the order to do so. then there are the mysterious helicopters, and flashes above the venue. If it was bad actors attacking a foreign dignitary on US soil, it gets bad really quickly. Someone knows what happened, and released to the public most likely paints one or more three letter agencies in a compromising place... Why didn't they know? its their Job to know... and they didn't... makes them look incompetent, if that was found out from the general public...its a case of CYA... honestly if you cant trust those Three letter agencies to tell the truth, when they absolutely should, we don't need them. Now if it could cause war or sanctions on someone not involved, I could see them holding the information back. However there is a time to come clean and let the pieces fall where they may. There were other things like missing phone, but charger for a phone. missing laptop hard drives...
That's not going to happen because it implicates Saudi Arabia and we already resolved our conflict with them shortly after the incident. Trump isn't going to want to rock the boat with our allies when there's no threat to our country by those people.The people who orchestrated it are either dead or rotting for life in prison in SA.
