Fauci was under orders directly from the Pentagon. Remember the Pentagon's 35 Trillion dollar 'block hole' who now find themselves next on President Trumps DOGE list. Wait till you see what the Pentagon has been doing ...will make USIAD look like playschool.
Here's how it works: The Pentagon, like the CIA, works thru USAID to get the things done that they need plausible deniability for. Same for State Dept, since BOTH the Clowns In America AND State work together overseas. The Clowns work closely with State and within State Dept under Diplomatic Cover, as well as DOD/Pentagon/Military employees stationed at our embassies and consulates. This includes members of the Tier 1 units, namely SFOD-D (aka Delta), DevGru ("SeAL Team 6), ISA, MARSOC, and USAF CCTs. Green Berets can often be posted/imbedded, too. Specifically, these unit members get embedded into the Clowns under Title 11 and Title 17, and sometimes Title 21 authority cover for Diplomatic concerns, usually PID and FID missions, and Mil Intel gathering missions where diplomatic cover is a primary concern.
Here's where USAID comes into play: They funnel money to various NGOs, charities, etc overseas, and they then funnel it back to the Clowns, State, etc for [their] use. ..more to come later.
It basically amounts to money laundering thru "official and unofficial" govt channels and back channels in the form of "aid packages" that the State Dept uses thru the Clowns as their embedded military cohorts for things like spying on U.S. Ambassadors, foreign govt entities, foreign militaries, and foreign NGOs and charities, strongarm.tactics like we saw in 2014 Ukraine (easiest example to analyze), and other corrupt and questionable tactics that provide a layer of "plausible deniability" to the U.S. Govt.
This is what allows entities like Open Society the Tides Foundation groups, etc to operate worldwide to further the UN/WEF/WBO/IMF to implement [their] globohomo plans for world domination.
The kicker is, it's ALL technically legal under U.S. and International law, and is also an easy way for the U.S. State Dept to implement the U.S. foreign relations plans. It's also technically legal for [them] to implement the plans and tactics we've seen employed thru groups like BLM and Antifa here domestically, AND the lawfare tactics weve seen Open Society use with people like Letitia Janes and all the other Soros backed judges and D.A.s here in the U.S. It also allows for State Dept/C_A/Pentagon entities to operate legally with groups like Al Qaeda, Taliban, IS, etc.
So, unless we can root out the [DS] plants within ALL of our govt institutions that operate domestically and internationally, AND close up the legal loopholes in the U.S. Code and various charters that set up our domestic ad foreign operating agencies, this shit will continue.

The big issue is that Fauci made bank... is there anyone above him to arrest?
Alternative theory: what if Fauci switched what The Cabal was planning to release? Like maybe they were planning on Super Ebola of the Ass or something really nasty/deadly, and instead Fauci released the weakest weapon they had? Or sabotaged the Super Mega AIDS they were building and all they had left was just Covid? He then played the part just like Pence and became hated for it?
I'm absolutely no Fauci fan, but O'Keefe has an amazing track record, and I'm trying to think out of the box ....

It seems to imply that what was actually the plan regarding this whole covid / vaccine plot by the deep state was far worse than what materialized and that Fauci played a role in minimizing the outcome? I really don't understand what DARPA had to do with the vaccine in the first place... The assertion that Pfizer and Moderna just slapped on their labels and that the vaccine was mfg not by them, has me stumped.

Now think back to this plandemic. We know the plan was to reduce the population, so it would come down to a more manageable level (Georgia guidestones set the required number to 500mill).

my discernment suggests, assuming Okeefe is speaking from some kind of knowledge, there's a good likelihood Fauci could have been living in fear for his and/or his family's life where he felt he had no choice but to play along...O'Keefe offering him an out perhaps to a safe ground as long as comes with a proper mea culpa and, more importantly, revelations of the true evil wizards of oz behind the curtain

If his style oft uses a little satire but usually more a tone of rhetorical ridicule, I think James O’ Keefe knows that Fauci is past the point of no return. That’s my first take. Will be interesting to hear others’ thoughts.
I don't care if Fauci claims he was working for the DOD, the CDC or God himself. The truth is he pushed a experimental gene product that harmed and/or killed many hundreds of thousands of people. Like Josef Mengele who said he was following Hitler's orders, Fauci would be guilty as hell. The only freedom I can see would be trading in a life sentence in a dingy GITMO cell for a quick break at the gallows where he would be free of earthly bounds.
