The Question is who was blackmailed? What did they do? Are their votes on certain subjects to be held as inadmissable?

Exactly how would Trump manufacture those records? I am not sure how the logistics would work out on that one. And, wouldn’t it be a crime for Trump to manufacture the records? When dealing with criminals, why would Trump need to manufacture a crime?
