Tesla insures its own cars, but only in a few states. Other state insurances will actually bring more light on this domestic terrorism problem if they openly declare victims of terrorism are also victimized by the insurance industry. I've always thought Q was about bankrupting financial institutions behind such things. "All wars are bankers wars" isn't just a simple truth, its an accusation with an implied way to establish peace.
