Is that Jennifer Connelly's AI twin? So far AI equates to very inaccurate weather forecasts and lousy "customer service" [among other deficiencies]. I'm sure it has a place in industry, but seeing 6 foot security camera systems roaming the aisles at the grocery store is unnerving.
The next generation of super-computing (quantum) that has actually been around but is more recently becoming more accessible will change everything. We are accelerating towards a culture where there are a few haves, and the rest are have-nots, with no in-between. Then Mad Max, with a dash of Terminator.

If people a actually knew what quantum computing actually was, they would be buying farmable land and prepping to understand how to survive. Elite will discard humans instantly.
I use ChatGPT a fair amount to replace search engines that have gone down the toilet. They're awesome at answering beginner questions, but hallucinate nonsense when asked about anything off the beaten path.
I asked it to recommend me some chips to delay a signal by nanoseconds with picosecond jitter. It confidently vomited out 4 wrong answers that weren't even delay chips.
Firms using lots of AI are in for a rude awakening when they want to use it to design market-leading products.
