If he thinks it is unjustified it is within his rights to take before a magistrate. Otherwise Id be willing to bet the fine was less than 100 bucks. This guy is rich of the BLM grift. Where in the constitution does it say we must register our vehicles? Sounded like he was pulled over for a tag issue. I'm over the registering anything with the government.

I watch a ton of cop cam content on YouTube. I'd say the majority of black people that get pulled over are immediately belligerent and defiant. Then they scream that they acted that way out of fear, then scream when they get charges piled on for resisting arrest, interfering with law enforcement, etc. I'm not racist, this is an educated assessment based on probably hundreds of hours of content (watched during work) 😂

The key to jury nullification is to stay engaged. A judge can remove a juror that refuses to participate in the jury process. But, if you keep arguing with the rest of the jurors, trying to persuade, in a calm, respectful manner, there's nothing the judge or other jurors can do. At a certain point exhaustion sets in. Then they acquit. Or declare a mis-trial.
If someone unlawfully stops you on the highway, call 911 and don't argue with the ones stopping you. Interfering with a 911 call is an interesting crime! The retard is strong with this one.
