Its good those were overturned because, seriously, there was never any kind of limit or stipulation of what level judge could do that. Meaning, anyone at all in the United States who lives in a town with a population of 1 who declares themself "judge" could overrule the President of the United States on any topic whatsoever and issue an injunction to stop doing literally everything. A single random person could shut down the government just by declaring themself a judge.
The fact that this isn't blowing up right now as the full on Constitutional Crisis and/or Insurrection it actually is means no one wants to push the issue. One side knows their entire story pops as soon as anyone with a pulse looks at it, and the other side probably want to maximize the bubble burst potential in both size and timing.
One random person could bring down the whole government by declaring themself a judge. Shit loads of people want to bring down the government. Seems wild that not one person has done it. Seems like China could just pay a person a few million bucks and install the judge and that is that. It could happen any minute, still.
This 1000 times this. Literally the entire government, because there is nothing in any law, not Constitution, Amendment, Bill, Code, Statute, NOTHING that even remotely says anything about a judge being able to usurt the Executive Branch's power.
If allowed to happen, that means any other made-up usurped power is just as OK. Any random judge can control Congress as well. And since nothing even says it has to be a judge, so could a random toddler anywhere. Or you. Or angsty teenage dropout. Anyone, anywhere, full control of all government simply because a few corrupt judges decided random people get that power without any basis for their claim. Literally nothing makes these insurrections legal, which is why they should continue to be ignored.
I don't even know how all of these injunction's do not violate the legal presumption of innocence principle. How is an injunction not a presumption of guilt prior to a trial? Rules for thee, not for me.
BTW, I used to live near that cesspool & would cut through at times on my way somewhere. At one point I was passing by their divinity school and I thought I sensed the smell of those very old church pews and then I looked in the dumpster & noticed it was loaded up with church pews & other iconically Christian type items. There were several workmen around & so I asked them what they are doing & he replied: "We are getting the Christian out"
So yes, you might be right, they are priests of something other than Christianity
The Church of CIA-ology. I am convinced this "church" is really a CIA construct. When watching Leah Remini's documentary on the so called church and they spoke of the "concentration camp", I suspected then it was run by part of the government. I forget what they called it but the operation is one big slave labor organization.
I'm not sure if Harvard is subject to the constraints of being (e.g.) a 501(c) 3 type of tax-exempt organization, but if so, it would be subject to not funding any political activity. As far as I am aware (and I could be wrong), the tax exemption status is determined by the IRS, based on the application of the institution and the facts of its activities.
They donβt need to rely on Harvard being political. They can revoke the tax status for plenty of reasons. Easiest would probably be to say they do not protect their Jewish students and are thus violating title 6β¦ though I bet you could make a title 9 case as well given the transgender stuff. A similar situation would be how Bob Jones University lost its tax exemption from 1983-2017 because they refused to admit unmarried black men.
"Thinking themselves to be wise (without God) they became utter fools instead, who push the truth away from themselves (so) God gave them over to a reprobate mind" (Romans chapter 1)
Cue the federal district judge in some remote place few people have ever heard of to create an injunction in 3.... 2 .... 1...

crazy that didnt happen. But there are no coincedences, so why didn't it already happen?

If they are any good as a school, they should be able to operate successfully as a business.
Taking away their tax exempt status is a good start.
Next claw back all their ill gotten gains.
I'm thinking that this is what Trump meant by funding the American Academy. He said he would do it by suing the endowments of ivy league colleges!
every single person that graduated there should have their diploma retracted. Lol.
B-but . . . global warming and transgenderism are religions! Harvard professors are priests of the New World Order You can't tax churches!

And there was much rejoicing.,.
Hey I donβt mind if they get a tax exempt, Iβll even pay more taxes so they donβt have to, said no sane Person.
Elite universities need all the monies they can muster to properly indoctrinate their students to hate America!
This ought to pull every haahvaahd trained lawyer out of the woodwork.
Pocahontas hey ya ya ya
