That group is the one we really need to worry about after the curtain is pulled back. BUT, by making a decent amount of them wealthy and giving them something to lose (also decreasing the wealth gap) white hats are mitigating the risk they impose.

Because of the complexity, timing issues and goals needed to be accomplished white hats probably needed to use a fake Biden.
