That's awesome. I saw a pretty long interview with her once, it was at least an hour, I forget where it was though. I've really liked her ever since. She's very smart and tough.
Don't get me wrong - I like her very much. The point is: that s prolly what detractors will come up with, while ignoring that she was a judge before she even worked for Fox News, and that's why she was employed.
Just remember - she was only sworn in as the interim US Attorney for DC. She will still have a few months while the Senate decides whether they should approve this one, or say she won't have the votes and risk Trump's next pick. They didn't like Ed Martin, so he gave them Judge Jeanine. If they FA this time, when they FO it may be Sidney Powell.
Trump has a huge bench. Here is a wiki page with "Trump Lawyers". Wikipedia sucks, but it is what it is. Some are bad and wouldn't be used anymore (Hi Cohen). Some are already in the administration (Hi Bondi). Some were disbarred - Rudy. Some aren't even mentioned - Gaetz. Ken Starr is even dead.
If I was POTUS I would make a list (like he had for the SCROTUS picks) with the top 10 future picks if his choice is not confirmed. I would make sure the list had people like Sidney, Lin Wood, Jay Sekulow, Matt Gaetz, Christina Bobb, and others that would force the Senate to approve one they hate the least. Then he should post it when Jeanine's interim time is nearly up, sit back, and enjoy the MSM meltdowns.
No, although I don't think it is prohibited. They may have a lot of action behind the scenes though, and could approve some ideas or ways the prosecution may attack certain angles of a case. I don't believe there are any modern examples of a US AG prosecuting cases themselves. I equate it to POTUS not hitting the launch button for sending Tomahawks into some rogue regime, but you know he made the decision to do so.
She's going to be the interim US Attorney for the District of Columbia. I believe she was also nominated to take that position after the interim period, but she has to be confirmed by the Senate.
I don't know, I hadn't noticed if other temp people were sworn in before confirmation. Just to make sure, I checked the Senate periodicals on X and going back to the 20th there wasn't any cloture or vote on Judge Jeanine. https://x.com/SenatePPG
This is great. Acerbic and no-nonsense. Veins full of lemon juice. Almost with Superwoman scorch rays coming from her eyes. I am so gratified that Trump can pull from his huge reserve of acquaintances and good friends the loyal people he needs to get the job done. The universal amiability among his staff is becoming legend.
She is going to be on Fire...👌🙂😎
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

👌
She will have no problem providing the FO
Spell that out in seashells.
Washington DC has just entered the vicinity of finding out 💥
For every FO, there is a corresponding "OOF!"
Fox News Government?

Calling her Judge Jeanne should have been a tip off.
I doubt even the MSM,call pull off saying that Judge Jeanine,is not qualified to be a Judge.
They will probably try and look stupid as usual.
Agreed.
Yes. They are hypocrites. One Cuomo bother as governor, the other brother defending him on CNN.
Her or her family will eventually be threatened, and then she'll tow their line.
Look at Amy Barrett.
She has long been outspoken and I dont think threats will work with her. I watched Judge Jeannine for a long time and am a big fan of hers
Look at her all you want. Jeanine Pirro is NOT Amy Barrett. Some people actually ARE vertebrates.
(And, by the way, the phrase is "toe the line," as like being on parade and you have to keep your toes at the mustering line.)

Would love Sidney Powell in this administration. She needs some payback.
Does the attorney general ever prosecute a case themselves?

So technically Rudy can still be AG.
Do us proud Jeanine!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Kindly remind us doltish, lazy pedes what position she's being slotted into. Thanks.
She is going to do a three-month stint as the Attorney General.
Thank you. Wow, I cannot wait for idiot prosecutors in front of her. The beat down will be glorious.
erm? I don't know why anyone would vote that comment down?
Because she will be the acting US Attorney for the District of Columbia, not the AG. Pam Bondi is the AG.
oh, ok
She's going to be the interim US Attorney for the District of Columbia. I believe she was also nominated to take that position after the interim period, but she has to be confirmed by the Senate.
How did she get sworn in BEFORE confirmation then? When the senate rejected Martin, Trump appointed her as temporary US attorney.
I don't know, I hadn't noticed if other temp people were sworn in before confirmation. Just to make sure, I checked the Senate periodicals on X and going back to the 20th there wasn't any cloture or vote on Judge Jeanine. https://x.com/SenatePPG
Your swearing in is meaningless without fullfilling the legal requirements for office.

This is really a terrible day for Democrats and their criminals at every level. Judge Jeanine P. is bloodthirsty for justice.
