Transmitted means "Mailed out" so California mails out 20-whatever million ballots, and they get back 9 million that counted.

I think the vote fraud will delegitimize CA (and many other states) as a state. Until accurate voting is restored it will be run under a civil war style reconstruction. Of course that'll only occur after the Q happening...

They’ll have to deport a hell of a lot more than the dozens they are taking at a time in these raids. ICE took ten guys from my local Home Depot yesterday and then five more from a car wash down the street from my house. Reddit and Twitter exploded with locals who would show up to scream and yell at the officers. Reddit even found that they were staging at one of our libraries and they showed up there until they relocated to a park near a freeway.
My only concern about all of this is the further resentment towards white people. It’s only a matter of time before uneducated Mexicans take it out on a white person because they always associate “us” with police/ICE/DEA. I’m not talking illegals either, the born and raised chicanos in LA and OC.
We’re going to have a full blown race war if this continues for much longer.

It was not 3/5ths of a person. It was 3 out of 5 enslaved individuals were counted in the state's population.
That is the same thing as 3/5ths of a person. If your democrat state has a population that is 100% slaves, then that means the democrats count each of those people as only 3/5ths of a person.
