I don't think this is legit. I did a search and nothing showed up as news. The "A New Policy" group is pretty clearly partisan against Israel. This is the same thing that was done against Trump during the Russia Collusion flap: insert fictitious items in the press, and then quote them as justification for persuasion.
It's also pretty evident that a certain segment of the population on this site wants Israel to put civilians in harm's way. They just don't want it any other way. If Israel stood back, let planes fly, and then suffered the loss of thousands of lives of all those gathered at the airport as a nice juicy target, the same critics would blame them for subjecting the civilians to collateral fatalities. Right? A lose-lose gotcha.
