⭕️ Update about current Situation in Tehran — from a fellow Iranian inside the city:
•The city has emptied out. Many have left Tehran, and those who couldn’t leave are staying inside their homes. •In most areas I passed through, there are Special Unit forces and checkpoints. If they catch you filming, you’ll be arrested immediately. •Internet, mobile networks, and even landlines have been completely cut off. •Banks are refusing to give out cash. •Petrol stations are only allowing 15 litres per car per day. •Access to food is severely disrupted due to the lack of banking and payment services.
Unfortunately, that’s all I could receive — the internet was cut off again.
Is this their 10 days of darkness?
Did Trump advise the citizens to leave Tehran because of what he might do; or did he advise the citizens to leave Tehran because of what Israel might do?
Option 2
yes
Sounds like what is going on in Tel Aviv. There are no winners in starting a war under propaganda and lies. Who can forget ‘weapons of mass destruction’?? This morning there are videos of young, fresh faced American military personnel. According to tradition, before they are sent to a ‘hot spot’, they are given a meal - of steak, lobster, baked potato, salad etc. the video shows them all excited to partake in this meal. Only God knows where they might be just next week.
Do you not take Iran's uranium enrichment capabilities seriously? It wasn't just coming from Israel intelligence, but a US central command report just prior to the attack that specified they reached 60% enrichment, not far off from 90% for weaponization.
Trump has also publicly mentioned he doesn't intend a long "forever" war, and this doesn't sound like a boots-on-the-ground scenario. Just the need for US bunker busters that can penetrate their centrifuges that are quite deep below ground.
I totally understand why you would feel this way considering how we were all lied to on Iraq WMD and previous neocon regimes, but I think there should at least be an open mind to trust Trump that this could be different. it's not like there isn't a history of Iran to acquire their arsenal, and it's even in the Q drops.
Sounds like the winners to me. I want a steak and potato.

Unconfirmed info:
The internet is slowly coming back in Iran.
Iranians inside the country are calling loved ones outside the country and telling them people are out in the streets and attacking IRGC bases and homes.
A friend of mine's wife is an Iranian (American citizen) and her father and stepmother live in Tehran. I spoke with my friend today and he said his wife couldn't reach them for a few days, and finally her brother (also an American citizen) was able to communicate with them. He is disabled and can hardly walk so they are stuck in the city and ok for now. They said an apartment building a few blocks from them got blown up during the first day of Israeli attacks. (I thought they only sought out military targets).
A 3000 gallon fuel truck would make a very tempting target for a fighter pilot.
Locked down.
I hope everyone has enough rice, frozen/tinned meat and butter. I hope the water keeps running, and the power, at least.
The Tehran residents have been attacked by shadowy figures in the crowd, who assassinated with drones launched right from their midst. So it is, as a scared civilian, to be expected to have to lock down - and one is to expect door-to-door 'welfare' (ID, headcount etc.) checks, even.
Then Trump said "Evacuate Tehran" (pop: 10M). So I guess anyone still there, is keeping their head down, and they had better.
praying for them
I have no doubt every blue city in the US will be like this.
"Petrol stations are only allowing 15 litres per car per day."
If this is at all enforceable, it is only because cars are rare or the city is mostly abandoned(which in fairness, is stated to be the case).
The lines would otherwise be ridiculously long and there is no way the gas station workers or guards would bother checking them against a list, much less a list from another gas station. Keep in mind at that low of a ration most people will be going every day unless their tank is already full.
But the long lines themselves would likely make people not go more than once per day, especially if you get hassled by guards the whole time. And I could definitely see the rule being stated even if unenforced against people and cars who don't stand out.
This is the end of two shit regimes. One in Israel and one IN Iran. Trillions we've spent on an artificially antagonized middle east problem. The world will be so much better with both of those countries being set free from the deep state pricks who've been controlling them
