You gotta ask yourself, "Who controls the military and who controls the regular judiciary?" Trump and his minions control the military, thus they have considerable sway over the tribunals. I doubt if a liberal military judge will preside over Barry's trial if it were to happen on a military base. Whereas, the regular American court system is so full of leftist judges it will take a while to rid it of them. So, why take a change of having Barry's trial get plopped onto the docket of a sycophant liberal judge? Even if the American people, en masse, yelled and screamed for Barry to be tried in a civil court, Trump will have him tried within the walls of the military. He wants a controlled atmosphere, no chance of an unfavorable outcome and definitely no chance of appeal. Once the judge's gavel comes down and a guilty verdict is announced, President Trump wants Barry escorted out to the gallows and hung, post haste.
