Trump has accused Obama of treason for allegedly directing or at least being aware of a politically motivated spying operation against Trump’s 2016 campaign. Trump also believes Obama and Biden were briefed on efforts to target Michael Flynn, despite internal concerns that Flynn had done nothing wrong. He sees the entire Russia investigation, from the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane to the Mueller probe, as a coordinated hit job, not a legitimate investigation. He hasn’t backed down from calling it a criminal conspiracy, and says if the tables were turned, people on his side would be sitting in prison for 50 years. The Durham investigation, launched under AG Bill Barr, was supposed to uncover and prosecute the people behind it. So far, only a few low-level players have been hit, but Trump still frames it all as the biggest political scandal in U.S. history; one he says was orchestrated at the very top. It's time for accountability.

All of this should be beyond the statute of limitations, but conspiracy can extend the scope of the statute of limitations if the conspiracy can be proven to be continuing to recent events.
To my best understanding, if it's a RICO case, the statute of limitations is four years unless there is another overt criminal act in the conspiracy at which that timer resets with each overt act tied to that conspiracy.
And don't forget, Bobama is not really a US citizen. We're told he's going to try to use Kenyan citizenship to try to get out of it.

However, there IS MSM video of 0bama literally stating that (paraphrased) "...there was no Russian collusion" back in 2016.
I know this because I have seen it. The video is out there. He was speaking to a group of reporters. I have searched, but cannot find that video but- it IS out there, somewhere, and the MSM also has it. I really, really want to find that video now, more than ever.
