The 36ish% tariff on the Swiss & Rothschild 70% of all the worlds grip on refining gold is a bonus. Kill the Fed, & the IRS can focus on tariff enforcement or die on the vine (a win either way)
Yes...they built the set with the furniture nailed down and then slowly rotated the set while Fred danced... spectacular results! โจ
The iconic ceiling dance sequence in the 1951 film Royal Wedding, featuring Fred Astaire dancing on the walls and ceiling of a hotel room, was a remarkable feat of filmmaking for its time and utilized a practical effect: a rotating set.
Here's how it worked:
Rotating Room: The entire set of the hotel room was built inside a large, rotating structure, essentially a giant "squirrel cage" or drum, according to IMDb.
Fixed Camera: The camera filming the scene was bolted down and remained stationary relative to the rotating room.
Fred Astaire: Astaire, along with the camera operator, was securely strapped or positioned to maintain an upright position relative to the rotating set as it spun around him.
Illusion of Gravity Defiance: As the room rotated, and Astaire moved in sync with its movement while staying upright relative to the camera, the audience saw him dancing on the walls and then the ceiling as if he were defying gravity.
This groundbreaking technique created a memorable and impressive illusion that continues to be a highlight of cinematic innovation. The same technique was later used in movies like Inception, according to The Guardian.
Off topic a bit, but does anyone know whether Trump will change the way spouses get the monetary benefits if the other spouse passes? What I mean is, while both are living, they get (say for example) $200, but when the spouse that is actually receiving that money (from social security & retirement) passes away, the living spouse only gets like half that amount...$100.
It would be amazing if Trump could change that so the living spouse will still get the whole amount, I mean it is their money not the governments after all. That would help that living spouse live the same as before. I have to say, I know if my husband (who was/is the bread winner in our house) passes before me, then I'm up shit creek, as I'm sure many wives are if their husbands pass before them.
It would be nice to continue both SS benefits. I think though that you get survivors benefit of the spouse if it is larger income than the surviving spouse. In other words you only get the larger of the two.
Itโd be nice to never have to read, think, or talk about any stupid bullshit made up by psychopathic satanists ever again. Equity = Assets + Liabilities. Leave it at that.
I mean it, Iโll forgo anything I โhave coming,โ if our society were free from such contrivance as SS or Corporate taxes. Build my roads w national sales tax, fight my wars w tariffs, and gtfo of my life.
Exposure op, Billy was controlled, or somebody took him out (ref DC intentional 'crime'). Timeline for 'Acting Commissioner' works (<12 months) if Trump/Treasury intention is to convert IRS to ERS by July 4, 2026 and abolish "income tax" which never was lawful. Note that "labor capital" tax on your payroll from labor is fraudulently named "income" tax and can be corrected via W-2 correction form, resulting in full payroll tax refund for last 5 years.
IRS/ERS (currently private CORP) gets merged into Commerce (Lutnick) or directly into Treasury Dept (Bessent). Removing FedRes control of IRS CORP is likely what just happened.
PDJT is "DISASSEMBLING" the Gordian Knot that has had AMERICA by the short-hairs for over 150 yrs...Unscrambling this ball is going to take immense foresight to get the right outcome AND I DO BELIEVE THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP IS DOING THAT!!!!! OOOOOH MYYYYY!!!! There's going to be some stinky brown thangs in the shorts going forward!!!!!
One can only hope. And along with abolishing the IRS, do away with income taxes, real estate taxes, and taxes on IRAs for seniors and capital gains taxes while weโre at it. Reduce the size and scope of federal and state governments, DOGE every department and agency of government every year. Make tariffs the primary source of funds for government use. Let local governments impose sales taxes of no more than 1% to cover their costs.
This guy is killing it this week. First the Federal Reserve investigation announcement and now this. Perfect timing.

A good movie needs good actors
It would be an amazing development for sure.

So is Scott Bessent a closure specialist or something? Financial guru, OK sure. What makes him special other than farting out his last date?
Didn't Trump go on CNBC like 5 days ago and say Scott's name was off his list? kek??
off his list for Fed chief
This guy's hide just got real valuable.
