You can be exposed to parasites through all different fruits and vegetables. This is very common. The idea is to not be perfect in trying to make sure everything you eat doesn’t have parasites because that’s impossible. What people should be doing is parasite cleanses quarterly! Just like people do with their animals and their livestock we are mammals, and we should be doing parasite cleanses. There’s no way to avoid them 100%.
Same thing is true about soaking corks used for wine bottles.

I've eaten tens of thousands of them without soaking in salt water,with no harm.

Absolutely correct! We take Ivermectin once per week...
Their are all kinds of little bugs on raspberries when you pick them. I learned to just eat them anyways as a kid.
