The article also said "This was not a targeted attack." Which obviously makes me think it was. Who rear ended him at a high rate of speed? That's a pretty serious accident for someone his age.
Yeah, an unknown and unnamed “domestic abuse victim” randomly flagging him down for assistance sounds an awful lot like someone trying to stall him and keep him on the highway

I have been in just such an accident. Did a job on my back but seatbelt kept my head in tact. Praying it's something similar for him. 81 your bones get brittle.

America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani, 81, was severely injured in a car accident this weekend in New Hampshire after assisting a domestic violence victim.
Michael Ragusa, head of Rudy Giuliani’s security, disclosed some details about the car accident in a statement posted to X on Sunday.
“On the evening of August 30, 2025, in New Hampshire, Mayor Giuliani was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Prior to the incident, he was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident. Mayor Giuliani immediately rendered assistance and contacted 911. He remained on scene until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety,” Ragusa said.
Rudy suffered a broken thoracic vertebrae, lacerations, and contusions.
“Following this, while traveling on the highway, Mayor Giuliani’s vehicle was struck from behind at high speed. He was transported to a nearby trauma center, where he was diagnosed with a fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg,” Giuliani’s head of security said.
There’s a little irony in him calling 911 for assistance that won’t be lost on many anons here.

I don’t know whether or not Giuliani was a conspirator in the 9/11 plan but it didn’t need him to be.
I truly believe he has atoned for his sins. President Trump would not have entertained him otherwise.
