Sadly, this is not an inherently unattractive woman. The "up the nose" camera angle is universally ugly, and she is working quite hard at being unappealing to heterosexual men. It isn't the hair color, partially the weight, but if she wanted to change her image, she could. Her features are fairly symmetrical and the hooded eyes are an issue, but there is a fair bit to work with here.
That won't get her the praise from her peer group, however.
