It's because they have this pushed on them from a young age. The schools and media brainwash these kids. It's sick.
I think there also must be some thing in the water or vaccines. It's truly shocking.
Well, autistic youths proportionally overlap with body & gender dysphoria and autogynephiles as well. So yes, vaxxx damage is congruent with the statistics.
Recipe: Vax causes huge spike in autism amongst children. Add a decade plus of social engineering on top of that and it's very easy to see how they are creating and placating a large percentage of LGBTQ mind virus afflicted people.

Social engineering. Its not just media and schools. Its everything from entertainment media, to products geared for children, teens, young adults, and much more.
Hasbro, the largest toy and game producer in the US is heavily involved in pushing LGBTQ+ products geared towards the youth. Wizards of the Coast is a prime example of this.
I think it goes a step further, most lgbt people I knew were abused. So maybe 1/4 of genz has been abused.
I believe they have been turning kids into fags through all the childhood vaccines required to enter the school systems.
Almost 1/4th of American men had either a mullet, corn rows, a perm, dreadlocks or a Mohawk at least once in their life. At the time, it seemed cool. Every family has that one really embarrassing photo.
Same for LGBTQ+. Years from now, it will be the embarrassing family story. "Remember that time you pretended to be a bi-rabbit?"

Were ALL the Gen Zers polled? No. Gallup has long been suspect when it comes to polling. Where was the poll taken? What were the questions? We all know pollsters ask the same question worded in multiple ways to justify their confirmation bias. And we all know how statistics are manipulated these days.
