A fitting tribute for an actor playing the role of a scientific thinker.
The Hollywood "Walk of Fame" is a dirty, unsafe area that smells like pee and weed and is full of drug addicts, hustlers, criminals and too many homeless. It's a 3rd world cesspool.
That said, Bill Nye deserves a star there. He'll fit right in.
