If ALL CO2 generated by human activities in NY were stopped, it would amount to something like 0.4% of the global carbon budget. And of course, stopping all human generated CO2 could never happen. They are admitting that just about any "reduction in CO2" is just virtue signaling. I think the 30% will never wake up.
