Sounds like they are claiming an implied contract. In California minors can back out of a contract at any time, not unusual in other states. Would probably make that moot to any judge worth a crap, not to mention that the whole thing is blatant nonsense and horrible to even try. A principal isn't a lawyer trying to do what is required of him, no good reason for the Principal to acknowledge the abuse and take the teacher's side over the kids.
All children are innocent!!!! They have no concept of sex, drunkenness, slothfulness, gluttony, or ANY carnal sin.
