I agree. One of the greatest forces for change comes from the youth. They have the energy and passion to make things happen. For far too long the only voices heard were from those trying to cram this insanity down the throats of the rest of us. I do pray we see more of these young people standing up and pushing back. We have Charlie to thank for that. These more conservative youth have become more emboldened to speak up.
Social media can help with spreading their message to encourage others to stand up and push back. These young people are really the ones that are on the front lines of this social justice battle. It effects them personally in a very direct way. It also makes a difference if these movements are led by the kids themselves and not their parents who can lend support from behind the scenes and find other ways to apply pressure.
More stories like this need to be spread to get the word out so that others can have the courage to do the same. God bless them. They have a right to their opinions.
You may be correct, certain gymnastics are female dominated... now we need to find some gender confused idiot to go lose against some elegant ladies on the balance beam.
This is America. You are NOT a subject of your school's principal.
There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING stopping YOU from all getting together, renting out a dance hall/catering hall and CREATING YOUR VERY OWN Homecoming or WHATEVER YOU WANT - COMPLETELY out of the control of your school people.
Welcome to adulthood.
When the going gets tough, the tough just go around them.
Over the years I have heard of incidents like that. In addition, there are homeschooling groups out there that get together and arrange these types of activities for their kids. It also gives them a chance to meet new people and network with others besides just trying to have a good time. Take the leverage away from the school administrators.
Threatening kids with cancelling events will not affect today's kids - especially kids that have found their voice!
Proud of them especially in the snake pit Oregon has become!
They can easily plan an alternative on their own and stick the school with cancellation costs fot the sanctioned event.
I am happy to see this. I swear that a great portion of the Awakening is happening with our young and that's just GREAT.
😁👍🇺🇲⚡

I’m sure the RoseBurg school will soon come around to the arguments from the white Christian students advocating traditional gender roles be endorsed
I hope they keep talking about it.
Kids talking today, are the adults talking tomorrow ....
The youth are coming back to the faith. They are learning this is all satanic
No biological female wants into men's sports or their locker room, it's always one direction.
devils advocate: all sports are male sports. female sports is the consolation bracket
Gonna have to disagree, tactfully of course. The majority, sure, I'll agree but nobody is lining up to watch men's volleyball.
No one is lining up to ‘watch volleyball’ played by women. People line up to ‘watch women’ play volleyball.
Fine, you caught me, I couldn't tell you which team won the last time I watched women's volleyball. I've never watched men's volleyball though!
Gymnastics … when women compete at highest level, a combination of art AND athleticism…
You may be correct, certain gymnastics are female dominated... now we need to find some gender confused idiot to go lose against some elegant ladies on the balance beam.
Either have I but it is now a high school sport so I think it will get more popular.
Even more reason that space should not be taken over and dominated by males. If so, there is no point in even offering that consolation bracket.
Its women's sports, and "everyone else's" sports
GOOD JOB KIDS!!!

Sounds like a good civil rights, free speech case. They are being punished for expressing their opinions and concern for their safety.
