Is THE STORM UPON US a solar storm and this a very conscientious and convenient way to keep people from freaking out all while allowing for preparation and failsafes to keep the general population safe? The winds should be here in about 48 to 72 hours. It falls together perfectly.

I had a feeling that with shutting down these airports would prevent certain people from escaping the country such as Obama, Big Mike, Killary and so forth.
Yeah, we are wondering what we should do about my mother in-law coming before Thanksgiving. Should we wait and see what happens or try to reschedule for December?? She is too frail to be sitting for hours in an airport, last time the airline screwed her over, she had to stay in the airport all night because they canceled her connecting flight. The poor lady didn't have anything to eat or drink as everything was closed in the airport and of course the airline didn't offer her anything. Because she had nothing to eat or drink, she couldn't take her medications. Can't have that happen again, she's in her 80's.
My wife and I have plane tickets out of one of the affected cities for Thanksgiving week. We are putting a contingency plan together now. May need to drive.

This is a bit of a political drama package. The controllers are essential workers, so all of them are on the job like they were in September. Unless the democrats are doing a sick out. I think that there was a little of that in the beginning, but they were read the riot act. Starting pay for a controller is $80K, and quickly runs well into the six figures. They should be able to have a delayed payday or two, three.
