CA produces about 1/3 of all the vegetables in the US, and 2/3 of the fruits and nuts (probably more if you count the people they send to Austin TX). I guess if you want up to 192k legal truckers to lose their jobs, or you would like all of the food and other perishables to spoil that might be a good idea.
It's pretty easy to stop the illegals if you station feds at the truck and/or agricultural inspection stations inside and outside of California, emphasizing the biggest truck routes. There are 16 inside of California, run by the state - but USDA can certainly set up shop in every one of them or they could shut them all down. You can easily put a handful at each station and a dozen or 2 at the major routes. Make sure ICE is at each one to take the illegals into custody. I mean there are now over 200k applicants for ICE. There can be enough agents if needed.
Also seize every truck and load that was being transported illegally. If that happens enough, the trucking companies will stop this themselves or their customers will.
Then while that operation is being set up or is operational the govt should sue CA to force them to give all needed information on the illegal licenses, trucks/companies, and anything else that will help to catch them. When they push back and get one of their judicial stooges to issue an injunction, have Trump ask for a fast-tracked SCOTUS case for national security.

Most had no name given. Besides when they question the drivers and they can’t speak English then that’s enough to seize the trucks and deport.
From what i have seen in other states, the illegal CDLs do not even have a NAME on them.
Having decent English is a good start! Every day i run into truckers that can't speak English. Still!
