Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
Rules For the rest of the Site also accessible on the sidebar.

We recoved from yesterday's dip.
Anyone here use kratom?
Yes I have and it behaves just like opioids. I feel just as happy and just as constipated as ever. Not sure about whether it fixes pain, but it fixes sadness and diarrhea in a heartbeat.
Yes I have. For pain relief, it came loose and I had to put it in capsules, and take a lot to get relief. This was about 10 years ago. It also made me very nauseous. I was not impressed, and then with all the info about how addicting it is, I did not buy anymore, it has been illegal in Vermont for about 7 years and illegal to ship to Vermont.
Tried it, it didn't do very much at all.
If the Markets do crash soon after December 19th. The SNAP recipients have learned to find alternative sources to help feed themselves.
This comment is mainly cathartic for me. I've posted / commented before on how pervasive transgenderism is (I'll call it the "T-Virus") and I think may have upset a few people when pointing out certain people in the "Golden Age" of Hollywood.
I'm founding out the T-Virus is more pervasive than even someone like me thought it was. For the moment, it's depressing. Maybe I'll try making a post about it in the future, but it will be challenging to make it believable. I'm still having a hard time believing it.
The older I get the more I realize why Jesus didn't challenge Satan's right to make the claim to give Him all He could see if He would just worship him.
Jesus really is the Truth, The Way, and The Life.
"If information shakes a belief system, causing a lot of stress, the brain will go into denial mode to protect the host."
"It is not easy to question strongly rooted belief systems."
"That is the main reason why some people react aggressively when their one loved celebrity is 'attacked' in transvestigation videos."
"A person's awareness level directly relates to how much truth it can endure."
I'll say one thing. The trans people could be ours fully if we could somehow embrace them. Personal liberty, freedom of speech, etc is what they ultimately want. Newsom Kamala and Mamdani are firmly not on their side. They feel betrayed by the Democrat party
But we likely disagree heavily on this. I don't find it impossible for a biological man to be aligned with animus rather than anima. I am Christian, married over a decade and obviously on Q and MAGA but I can admit male gender tropes and norms don't fit me..at all.
The difference is I am existential and awake and well aware castration and drugging myself is not the way. But I can see how a weaker minded person who has no greater belief system would think it's an easy way out
It's nice when a probably disagree comment like yours is written so "agreeably" and with mutual respect. Thank you very much for that.
It's more about what I believe is intentional inversion and confusion by very high ups in the cabal for very destructive purposes.
I don't want to yet name the most depressing example for me (among other reasons because almost everyone would think I'm crazy), but this one is really up there - Sylvester Stallone. Once you really know what to look for, I promise that often I wish I didn't.
Wait sly..is female to male trans?
Tell me more. Because I have done a lot of research on the trans phenomenon and I've never seen a single transition that convincing
If you've done a lot of research on this, you probably know the markers well.
Here is "his" transvestigation video:

Straight forehead, slopped shoulders, eyes close together, short neck, small mouth, short fingers, etc. etc.
When they get older the true gender comes out:

They're everywhere in Hellyweird. Maybe not quite as much but really prevalent in big music too. I've found it to be a topic where people may be willing to hang out for a little while in the shallow end, but usually aggressively glitch out (even GAW Anons) when you try to take them to the deep end. Especially when you go back prior to the 60s. 40s and 50s childhoods apparently are sacred and can't be touched.
Edit: at the 0:45 mark on the transvestigation video (picture from one of the Rambo movies where they are pointing out the slopped shoulders) you can clearly see the outward hip flair. They often try to hide it, but when you know what to look for it's obvious.
What's the purpose of the sweater in this scene from The Specialist? ; )

I had to go to bed without being able to catch up on GAW or do anything else. Pretty much everything was down due to cloudflare being down.
Pretty weird, but also exposed CloudFlare is a single point of failure. Perhaps some kind of test run.
X and a few other sites are up & down this morning. Have a good day p_n.
Yep. Cloudflare going down, including for this site. It just came back up. It's not like web servers being all in one place and poorly managed is a potential problem or anything...
Hey man, if you don’t have just one point of failure for the internet, the Russians are gonna hack ur gibson.
Per the Simpsons, it was supposed to happen yesterday. So I am not surprised it is going on today, though, that was supposed to be a much bigger disruption.
It started around 6AM EST and was going on for at least 2 hours.
Maybe I don’t have the pages bookmarked right, but neither scored.co nor communities.win seemed to be working, either.
I could not get communities.win to work either
So much winning, I'm finding it difficult to cope.
Enjoy the moment. God knows we've waited a long time for it to arrive.
Late-night datefag incoming. Within appx 2 weeks, the Epstien files will go "public". I think with all we're witnessing, the crop is ready to be harvested, at least for public disclosure. Of which, will lead to public demand for justice.
As for the kinetic reaction to follow, I do not know if operators are ready. But one thing is for sure, the legal groundwork is complete or they wouldn't be using the MSM to ally with the MAGA elect's kayfabe to put this amount of pressure on the public without being ready for disclosure.
Two weeks. Before Christmas. New Year's day even... who can say exactly when. But it's coming frens and fast.
What's brilliant about 2 weeks is it takes exactly 2 weeks to forget something
Thats useful for the 6 week news cycle
A poor choice of a pun on my part, but an approximation all the same. Two weeks from now is Cyber Monday, the end of what is typically viewed as the Thanksgiving holiday weekend economically.
Stunning Enigmatic Dinosaur Discovered BY FRANK SHERWIN, D.SC. (HON.) * | MONDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2025
https://www.icr.org/article/stunning-dinosaur-discovered/
New species that are 100% dinosaur continue to be discovered by paleontologists with increasing frequency. One such recent discovery, described as “both the oldest and most complete skeleton of [the pachycephalosaur] group found to date,”1 has generated interest within the scientific community.
The specimen, named Zavacephale rinpoche, was found in Mongolia’s Gobi Desert and is dated to approximately “108 million years old [Early Cretaceous] pushing the group’s fossil record back by 15 million years.”1 Pachycephalosaurs, colloquially referred to as “bone heads” due to their distinctive thickened bone on the top of their heads,2 remain relatively rare and poorly understood. As Lindsay Zanno, associate research professor at North Carolina State University, stated, “Pachycephalosaurs are iconic dinosaurs, but they’re also rare and mysterious.”1
According to the study done in Nature, “The dome-headed pachycephalosaurians are among the most enigmatic dinosaurs.”3 Evolutionists from North Carolina State University suggest this juvenile specimen (Z. rinpoche) offers “a rare glimpse into the early evolution of these dome-headed dinosaurs.”1 But does it really? All indications are that it is simply a “teenaged”1 pachycephalosaur.
“Z. rinpoche fills in huge gaps in the pachycephalosaur timeline—both in terms of when they lived and how they grew, the researchers say.”1 When they allegedly lived and how they grew says nothing about their origin.
The Nature article states this fossil clarifies macroevolutionary trends in the assembly of the frontoparietal dome of Z. rinpoche.3 However, this is but a new species of pachycephalosaur exhibiting not macroevolution but variation within the pachycephalosaur kind,1 in this case, the development of the frontoparietal dome.
Another notable feature is this specimen’s exceptional preservation—including articulated limbs, gastroliths, and intact tendons—which suggests rapid burial in a high-energy depositional environment. Such preservation is consistent with catastrophic burial, potentially indicative of widespread flooding.
Tsogtbaatar Chinzorig from the Mongolian Academy of Sciences stated, “The newly recovered materials of Z. rinpoche, such as the hand elements, the stomach stones (gastroliths), and an articulated tail with covered tendons, reshape our understanding of the paleobiology, locomotion, and body plan of these ‘mysterious’ dinosaurs.”1 Everything, it would seem, except their origin.
Recent discoveries of new dinosaur species are ongoing, but they’re always dinosaurs. In October of 2025, Sci.News stated that a new species of hadrosaurid dinosaur was unearthed in San Juan County, New Mexico.4 Then, it was reported a new genus and species of abelisaurid theropod dinosaur was discovered by a team of paleontologists in South America.5
Even now in the twenty-first century, paleontologists are still at a loss as to the origin of the dinosaurs.6 As recently as 2024, five evolutionists stated, “Today, inspired by clues from fossils and footprints from a lost world, scientists continue to piece together the puzzle of how various dinosaur groups arose [e.g., pachycephalosaurs], behaved, and diversified.”7
In contrast, the creation model argues that all dinosaur kinds were created during the same period—specifically on Day 6 of the creation week—several thousand years ago. From this perspective, the lack of definitive transitional forms or ancestral precursors in the fossil record aligns with the expectation that dinosaur kinds appeared fully formed and distinct, as observed in the fossil record.

This may interest those into keto/carnivore/Dr. Jack Kruse. I get emails from Dr. Courtney Hunt, who also teaches and consults and has a nutrigenetic supplement company. To be clear, I am not selling anything, just found this a great explanation of what you should eat, when, and why:
You're not. You're eating trapped sunlight.
That cherry spent months on a tree capturing photons through photosynthesis - converting light into chemical energy stored as glucose.
When you eat it, your mitochondria break it down - photosynthesis in reverse - converting trapped light back into ATP.
You're not eating carbohydrates. You're eating captured photons stored as chemical energy.
Food is light with a different name. Every calorie you consume is stored sunlight.
Here's why this matters:
Not all light is equal.
A cherry ripened in full summer sun is fundamentally different from a greenhouse tomato picked green. The cherry has more concentrated light energy. More nutrients. More information about the season and spectrum of light it absorbed.
In summer, fruits ripen under intense sunlight. High energy. Your body expects high-carb foods when light is abundant.
In winter, less grows. Root vegetables. Animals that stored summer fat. Your body KNOWS this through circadian rhythm.
When you eat January strawberries grown under artificial light in another hemisphere, your body gets confused. The food says "summer" but your actual light exposure says "winter."
Circadian disruption. Metabolic mixed signals. Mitochondrial confusion.
This is part of why people are metabolically broken - eating light from the wrong season, grown under the wrong spectrum, picked early, stored under artificial light.
Food drained of the very thing that makes it food: concentrated light energy. Your mitochondria ARE biological solar panels responding to light directly - from sun exposure AND from light trapped in food.
High-quality fuel from sun-ripened food gives mitochondria what they need. Processed food from artificial light is dirty fuel that creates oxidative stress.
You're eating light-depleted food. You've cut yourself off from the light diet your body was designed for.
It's like running a solar panel in a cave.
So what do you do?
Get morning sunlight daily.10-30 minutes within the first hour of waking. Full-spectrum light for circadian rhythm and direct mitochondrial energy.
Eat seasonally when possible. Food that grew in your latitude and season. Ripened on the plant. Food that captured the light you're currently experiencing.
Support your mitochondria in a light-depleted environment. They need cofactors to efficiently convert whatever light energy you ARE consuming into usable ATP.
You're a photoelectric being. Your mitochondria are solar panels.
You don’t just eat food. You eat light.”
I had heard about seasonal foods awhile back, it was explained through the yin yang perspective. Summer foods like citrus and juicy fruits are cooling, "yin". They are fine in the heat of summer heat being "yang" in reverse, the root vegetables also provide heat, in the cold, as they are more yang and winter is yin, cool. Grains are nuetral. I flirted with macrobiotics a long time ago, the idea of balancing out the system by not swaying from one extreme to the other. I failed miserably because I like high fat content in foods, and Macrobiotics is quite low in fats, no dairy, and no honey or maple syrup. On the other hand, I know of 3 people who beat cancer by eating macrobiotically for over a year. I also think people should eat according to their genetics and where their ancestors thrived. I remember when the comic Dick Gregory went on an extreme diet regimen, and he stated that people whose ancestory is African or Tropical should eat tons of fresh and raw vegetables, because that is where they are from. Being of Irish descent, northern Irish, (Fenian), I thrive on root vegetables meat and fish. I upped the fish and feel great, but lordie I get it from Fulton Fish Market, flash frozen at the pier or boat, and it is not cheap. I get it only for myself most meals because I could not afford to feed the house on it, except once in awhile. Nothing farmed, farmed salmon is horrible for you and the waters in which it is farmed. And sorry, seasonal is fine but I love me some good potato salad in summer.
Yin and yang or hot and cold reminds me of Ayurvedic practices, people can be hot or cold from the little I know. This also reminds me of the idea of eating for your blood type, a friend has mentioned this to me before but I’ve never chased that particular rabbit. Thank you for sharing, more for me to look into!
Wew. Ephesians 5:8 and 1 Thessalonians 5:5!
Well that’s interesting! Thanks for sharing. I haven’t heard of the doctors you mentioned, I’m going to look them up. After almost two years carnivore I thought I knew all the Dr carnivore experts. My favorites are Dr Ken Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffee & Dr Shawn Baker. I’ve listened to Dr Kilz a little bit.
All that talk about light and energy, but sunflower seeds don't do much compared to coffee...
This is a wonderful explanation for eating seasonal food the way we were meant to do! Thanks Dagny! ☀️👏
Lamintations 3:24
