RICO is usually prosecuted from the bottom up with lower-level criminal minions turning on higher-level criminals.
Not everything the public sees is actually what it appears to be. This may be an op to get dirt/evidence on higher-level RICO criminals if some or all of these POSs flip on them in exchange for lighter sentences or walking free.
No disrespect at all to the men and women who serve, but in a large extent, the us military is one of the largest welfare systems in this country. Housing, health insurance, lifetime pensions, to EVERYONE that serves. Its an option for some people in the ghettos to join, they are not joining out of love of country or even understanding the history of our military and the branches of government, they just want a steady job and a place for their wife or kids to live in, that they are unable to provide by themselves. There is a latino slang for the wives and kids , they are called "Dependas", meaning, the relationship was built on the perks that their spouse can get for them. This goes for same sex married people too. Yet our taxes are hugely spent on supporting this messed up system. It needs to be fixed, and I dont mean superficially by shaving beards and demanding pull ups.
Correct, you have to serve for 30 years to get full retirement. You get nothing if you ETS before doing 20 years. If you serve for at least 20 years you receive the following retirement benefits:
The percentage of retirement pay collected from the military after 20 years of service depends on the retirement plan under which the service member served.
For those who entered military service before September 8, 1980, the Final Pay Plan applies, providing 50% of final basic pay after 20 years of service.
For those who entered service between September 8, 1980, and July 31, 1986, the High-36 plan applies, resulting in 50% of the average of the highest 36 months of basic pay after 20 years of service.
For those who entered service on or after August 1, 1986, and before January 1, 2018, the Career Status Bonus/Redux (CSB/REDUX) plan applies. Under this plan, retirement pay is 40% of the average of the highest 36 months of basic pay after 20 years of service.
For those who entered service on or after January 1, 2018, the Blended Retirement System (BRS) applies, providing 40% of the average of the highest 36 months of basic pay after 20 years of service.
Biggest issue I have are all the criminals that are given the choice of prison or the military.
I 100% believe that the military can make a good man into a great man.
But it can't make a shit man into a decent man.
Not talking about minor stuff like young men getting into fist fights and such. I'm talking about people like rapists and pedophiles and gang bangers and child beaters and wife beaters and that type of trash.
It's been a tradition for the entire history of this country that garbage like the above to sometimes be given the choice to go into the military or go to prison. We don't need garbage like that living on our dime or sully the uniforms they wear.
I didn't believe it until there was a local case of a guy who ended up running to the local sheriff because he apparently owed money to the Columbians and thought in his retarded brain that he was outsmarting them, he ran for his life, asked to be arrested for dealing coke, to be put in protective custody and serve his time. Next thing I hear is that he is in the Marines! I seem to have pissed off a lot of people, as they thought I was not respectful to the men and women who join to serve. Nothing could be farther from the truth, but I do know of people who use it as a support system, especially the families, wives and little ones. So they can let the government take care of them. It does exist. And my point in saying that, was regarding the article of whether or not the seditious statements regarding not following orders could be attractive to a few are serving for the wrong reasons.
We'll try this on for size.... the situation is so bad that only the military can deal with it.
Then then becomes, if the civilians can't run their own government....what incentive is there to hand it back to civilian run government.
A case of devolution so intense that only a declaration of interregnum would be forth coming.
Quite the icy slope.
J1D...YOU ARE BRINGING NITROGLYCERIN to this here party and I cannot wait until that fuse is lit and then ..π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π§¨π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯......OHHHH MYYYYYY!!!!!!
How would this possibly work though? Civilian law and military law are kept separate and civilians can't be court-martialed. Wouldn't this be shot down by... basically every branch of government? Asking because I'm not a lawyer or historian and have no idea what kind of precedent there is for this.
Who are we talking about subjecting to these tribunals?
There are a lot of people who are absolutely ignorant of how our government works and others who just want to ignore the laws we have in order to just punish people they hate.
time to get the party started..........
Yeah baby! It's coming...βοΈ
Yep my new date fag is before or by July 4th 2026 250th Anniversary!

Thank you for doing this.
Now we know why the Seditious Six made the unlawful order video.
I donβt get the βwhyβ?
Trying to make the military question arresting them, that's why.
Desperation is a stinky cologne.

As an fyi, I believe someone needs to serve for 20yrs or more to get a pension.

Correct!
Did you serve?
Service members put their life on the line. Some go into combat, most donβt, but they ALL could.
Remember, all gave some, some gave all.

This is why we cant just make arrests yet. This must be in place.
