I am wondering why Trump is putting Marco in charge of so many things. I am thinking that he favors Marco as the next MAGA president over the younger JD Vance and he's putting him through the paces while Trump supervises to get Marco trained for the job by immersion in fire.
I've heard several times when Trump is asked whether he thinks JD is the only/best/top choice for President after himself and Trump will say, "Yes, he's very competent. But so is Marco Rubio..." Or, he will say, "It's too soon to say. There are many fine candidates..."
