I just heard about it today even though it was last summer. Trump must be smoking out the bad judges or just showing the public because he does NOT have to pay any attention to their injunctions!
Maybe true, but they are still making nationwide decisions-so the Supreme Court must not be the final of the arbiters of the constitution! Or they don't have any power according to the Dems/Commies.

No they didn’t. But the Supreme Courts main enforcement mechanism really is people respecting the institution enough to abide by the rulings.

I always assumed if the Supreme Court made a ruling, any judgement made in opposition by lower courts would automatically be void.

They have no enforcement ability. I think this may be a way to root out corrupt judges, see who openly violates the ruling.
