What the 'Water department' has done is throttle water supplies due to what they call 'OVER CONSUMPTION'...They say the public is using too much water per person, but in reality its ALL the damm water leaks Everywhere that takes them Months to repair...Thats where the water is going...
'They' dont understand the concept of fucking Maintenance...They only address the the issue when its a compolete breakdown, otherwise its just 'band aid' repairs...
'They' got rid of all the white engineers with historical knowledge in all major government departments over the years, so they havent a fucking clue what theyre doing.....
So Now we're 70% solar for power with back up invertors for 'emergencies', as well as our 3 water tanks......Starting with a Water catchment 'system to collect rain water as well....
A while back the Government was encouraging residents to go solar to alleviate the strain on the power grid, A Lot of people did...But heres the best part...
Now they want to penalise you for Going Off the Grid partially and charge us a monthly 'levy' because now too many people are off the grid and theyre not getting the revenue they used to....🤷🏻♂️

It always bothered me how they would point at the armored trucks with the white guys sitting in them as a symbol of oppression in SA. No one looked closely or wanted to, the were set high of the ground with a v shaped hull, protection meant to mitigate the blast from a mine, so there was danger. No mounted heavy weapons such as machineguns, just one guy most of the time keeping an eye on things with a single shotgun. This indicates to me that even if they were attacked their intent was non-lethal force with something like bird shot, certainly not like an FNFAL that was a .308 NATO. If any country built something (like a food supply) and then in-turn allocated most of it to one race vs another then that is indeed an issue... and a one that can be easily solved.

There are now technologies to clean sea water for consumption. And hey, cleaned sea water has to be better than city systems that clean the toilet waste water for consumption.
Do you know what the number one and number two contaminents are in our current water supply in the USA? Neither can not be cleaned or filtered out of the waste used in city water supplies. Estrogen and Birth control chemicals.
They’ve been turning sea water into fresh water for many, many decades. That’s how the Navy gets their fresh water on ships out to sea, the evaps onboard maintains the supply of fresh water from sea water.
