Kash plays men's league ice hockey. So this does make sense it it's realm. What's with all the shilling about him doing nothing? Q specifically references him to remember his name when no one knew who he was. Timing is everything, of course he's going to be there when the shit goes down.

Um...not that I begrudge him his ability to party with those guys, but why is he there? Did the President want a member of his administration to be present when he couldn't be, and Kash volunteered? I admit that on literally every other day, I don't care much about hockey, but yesterday...I cared deeply.
Especially during the 3-man sudden death win with Jack's teeth either down his throat or somewhere on the ice. Heroic and epic it was, and I was floored to hear him say those guys had two weeks of playing together in a most inspiring post game interview. "I love my country and have never been prouder to be American."
Yesterday, I was a teary-eyed hockey fan.
And too bad the Canadian team couldn't manage a little gratitude to take freaking Olympic silver. Grumpy, sore losers they are.

I am glad US won in hockey. Great game and go team USA.
But Kash at bare minimum in the public eye has absolutely been ass. If there were arrests and if he didn’t crash out on Elijah Shaffer nobody would give a shit if he slung some beers with the hockey team. But him and Bondi have terrible optics right now
