If Epstein's prostate was removed, how could he have engaged in all that sexual activity? I thought prostate removal was the end of sexual function for men.
Not always, many men can have a normal sex life after a prostatectomy. In some cases it causes ED but there are drugs for that problem. It can also sometimes cause urinary problems. A prostatectomy is a common surgery for prostate cancer and for BPH (enlarged prostate). A man can live a full healthy life after a prostatectomy.

I read it was Hillary's brother, Tony Rodham who died a couple months earlier.
Tony Rodham, age 64, died 6/7/2019, Hillary did not disclose how he died (of course).
Jeffrey Epstein, age 66, died (supposedly) 8/10/2019, suicide by hanging.
Anthony Bourdain, age 61, died 6/8/2018, suicide by hanging.
In summary, they all do resemble each other!

That's my guess as well. They were somewhat similar facially. Hang Bourdain; keep his body on ice; pretend to hang Epstein; move Epstein to Israeli embassy; wheel in the thawed Bourdain; autopsy concludes death by hanging.

I’d think now even if his death was faked and he was still alive for some period after the “escape”, he’d be put down since all the files have come out. For either side to keep him “alive” the dude is a walking-target witness; that folks on both sides would want him dead. And just so he can’t speak to all the info and videos already pouring out.
Yep it would be wild if he is still breathing for court. And if so, hopefully he’ll dangle or be put against a wall, after fessing up, for all the evil he has done.
