We can process their dirty oil, but if a demon ever gets back into power they would shut it down. It is probably a good idea to help them setup a good refinery now, just in case.
I thought VZ already had refineries to refine their tar crude ... they were shut down due to lack of people with experience running and maintaining them. They may not be a total loss ... just in need of maintenance to bring them back online.

We do have some refineries that do it already, just not likely that many. I know one such company was mentioned initially but not sure on the capacity

10k would be even better. That gold is used a lot in wedding rings so they don't get damaged. It is harder than 14k.
I generally use 18 but yes, 10K would be even harder.
