"Mitch Wexler is sounding the alarm on what he calls the biggest hidden financial time bomb in America: a $5.1 trillion school district bond scam quietly metastasizing beneath the housing market. From inflated property appraisals to systemic over-taxation, Wexler argues homeowners are being stripped of equity to prop up a fraudulent municipal debt machine."
I am going to drop in a comment I've been making for years. I was wondering why Dominion went after Mike Lindell for Billions of dollars. Dominion went after anyone who challenged them for Billions of dollars. I was thinking: why does Dominion think it is owed Billions and Billions? Does it really cost that much to make their machines? They aren't the only provider of election machines.
Is there an exchange of money at the polling stations? No, elections are the exchange of time and effort from constituents for their documented votes.
Where is the money in elections?
The MONEY is in the REFERENDUMS.
There are all kinds of municipal and educational bonds on nearly every ballot nationwide. Each one can be worth tens of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars. Now, those can add up to many Billions quickly!
So, imagine if Dominion isn't just making sure certain politicians or parties win elections. What if Dominion is making sure referendums pass?
Wouldn't it be rather easy to say off the record to the powers that be that, "Cough, cough, wink, nod, if you use our systems, we'll guarantee you get massive funding approved from the taxpayers for your bonds, cough, cough, wink, nod. So what do you say, would you like to use our systems?"
The MONEY in the VOTING FRAUD is in the REFERENDUMS.
All my personal opinion only. Absolutely no sauce.
Where I live in NY there is this ridiculous "utility" company, call the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority, that pretends they are a government entity, but operate as a private business. They buy up small water supply systems and add them to their network. About 25 years ago, they got the county to authorize a HUGE bond to pay for some work on one of the areas they "annexed". Whether you wanted to begin getting water at your house through their system or not, you get assessed an annual bond payment that is added to your other property taxes. (people who didn't connect only pay half because they "might" connect in the future; seriously!) The bond was a FIFTY YEAR BOND! We pay about $600 a year for the bond, and another $40/month for water, and because the water is virtually unpotable (it's from the Hudson), we buy bottled water for drinking and cooking, which adds another $60/month to our monthly cost of water. These three water costs add up to about $150/month for water! I can't wait to move out of NY! (have to wait for my wife to retire :) )
In all seriousness, if you've paid these fees for the past 5 years, you could've paid to have your own private well installed ($6 - $7k). It might not be too late.
Given the yearly budget crises and weird additives local water "authorities" here in New England provide, I'm grateful to have raised my kids on well water.
I moved here 5 years ago. Soon after moving, I looked into this. I even sent a grievance to that "utility" to claim it's not justified. Even if you have a well, which some people kept, they charge $300/year because "they might connect some day". It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen when it comes to taxation. I even did the math to show that they got a bond passed for far more than the actual cost. I sent this analysis to the State Attorney General, but they are too busy trying to get Trump arrested. NY is the most disgusting state ever!
Slight correction: it was only a 40-yr bond :) What really burns me is I tried to get the State Attorney general to look into it, because in addition to a bond being passed that the "utility" is not authorized to issue, the total cost of the work appears to have been less than what the bond amount was. The AG office replied with, "This is a local matter that will need to be dealt with locally" (or some such wording) I guess that office is too busy trying to charge Trump with bogus crimes.

They figured out that if they change one word, they can suck as much money out of our pockets as they want. The original word was TAX, the replacement word is FEE
This began happening in Wisconsin after Scott Walkers reforms of the public employee unions. Sweeping referendums for funding for everything. Mark Belling exposed it locally but guess what? Nothing was ever done.
The socialist take over of the school system took root over 6 decades ago, alarm bells sounded loudly but nobody did anything. That "cultural revolution" that no one realized would bring us to where we are. Over 6:decades and Still the country is in a deep slumber. It's been said, you won't see it until it affects you personally and slaps you in the face.
I appreciate OP, but any article that has a lead-in talking about school district bonds and starts with the Magna Carta is too long for me to read. I mean, the Magna Carta was signed over 800 years ago for Pete's sake.
Is your point that old documents are no longer relevant? The US Constitution? The Bible? The idea that we somehow have more wisdom today than hundreds or thousands of years ago is chronological arrogance and is foolish.
Using my school district for an example We have one superintendent & two asst superintendents. There is soo much fat to trim. We are taxed to the max on our real estate to pay for this crap.
Fairfax County, VA has -- FOR MANY, MANY YEARS -- put bond referenda on the November ballots for schools, parks, gov't land, etc., for which I dutifully and civilly marked "Yes" for. And you know what? After about the first decade of living in that shitty county in the 2000s...I learned that NOTHING ever resulted from those bond referenda for which most bluetard sheep (and unwitting, uninformed plebes like myself) ALWAYS voted for.
After about 2012...I started voting NO on every county referendum...not that it made any difference, because the "tax me to death!" sheep that live in FfxCo, VA usually approved them, and again...there was nothing to show for it, EVER.
I finally escaped shithole NoVA late last year...but I'm sure the sheep are still bleating "YES!" and pushing through those county referenda that never produce any actual fruit.

This 40min video exlaines it.

Been getting stripped every 6 months by our commie community.

One of my first posts here was on … not on dominion enforcing these, that’s a very good catch! … but on the bond proposals.
They have other methods of making them pass as well, but it hasn’t occurred to me that these could be tied, thanks!
Have we ever had taxation WITH representation?
This.
Not since our Founders in the 1700's
Immediately after the Revolutionary War, the federal government enacted the Whiskey Tax.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
No taxation, with or without representation
I’ve been saying this for the last 30 years.
I’m newer than that, but here’s a thread: https://greatawakening.win/p/17rlrMTkE3/bond-proposal-a-research-needed/
Great minds think alike!

That's so unfortunate and certainly borderline criminal. Sorry Fren.
I have friends that live in NY and they do not have any problems like that with their town. Maybe because they are very rural in the Southern Tier.

I live in Illinois... absolutely it is
We know the local counties are ripping us off. Cities also. Get rid of property tax.
