Honestly, this is such a petty charge. I mean, it's accurate, but this looks political rather than truly damning. He hasn't done FAR WORSE. Why not get him on something that would unify the country????
Why not see how this unfolds and you might be surprised.
Because it is time to create more unification, not keep on with divisive crap. I live in a very red state, and even the red people roll their eyes at this. And, yes, I talk to a lot of people about this stuff.
Threatening a President can be Jail time and after finding out where he did it changed my mind BIGTIME,I'll take what we can get on this POS whatever it is.
I get that. I am not saying he doesn't belong in jail. But jail is too good for him. And this charge just seems fluffy, and late. Why wasn't he arrested when he did it? Oh, timing. But the timing, now, comes across as vengeful and political and thus divisive.
Maybe there will be a superseding indictment. Anything POTUS does will seem vengeful and political, no matter what. This might be why we had to deal with 4 years of lawfare, so that everyone could see the left go after Donald J Trump. What goes around comes around.

I think the second charge is has to do with actually sending/transmitting the image. Its like child porn... You get charged for having it, and charged for sending it.
