I wonder how much she’ll learn? When even Kagan and Sotomayor tell you you’re too blatantly partisan… yikes. She’ll feel a lot of social pressure from the left to keep pushing social justice, but maybe she’ll tone it down.
I didn't know a justice could change their mind after a ruling was handed out. Is there "do overs" in the votes? Why was she allowed to change her vote?
She’s the perfect embodiment of affirmative action and DEI. The education system, the justice system, and politicians all wanted to promote black women, and so they did. She was superficially plausible as a SCOTUS pick, so she was picked for that and pushed through.
This isn’t a do over, it is a civil rights group wanting to contest SCOTUS Monday decision of 6-3. They voted 9-0 to dismiss. Supreme Court Denies Civil Rights Group’s Motion to Recall Louisiana Redistricting Judgment
Thank you for the clarification. I didn't understand this was a second stand alone vote. I appreciate your efforts to help us less informed frogs understand certain issues. Mucho appreciando.
The ruling stands. What will the left do now? Refuse to redistrict and continue to fight it in court? Will the lower courts abide by the SCOTUS ruling or try to find a workaround to delay the redistricts until it's too late to get it done before the midterms? All they know how to do is double down. But what does "double down" mean when there is nowhere else to go? This war is far from over, but a severe blow has been delivered. It's time to stomp on the enemy's throat when they are down and not give an inch.
"SCOTUS has DONE THE RIGHT THING and is ending decades of Democrat cheating.
Redistricting is now full steam ahead and the South is going to play hardball"

Wonderful. Democrats are the most racist people.
They didn't just swat her. They beat her with a stick from the wood pile.
An ugly stick at that !
Hey be fair to the stick. It didn't start out ugly before it beat her!

If you need still need proof that WHs are in control....

Before we get those answers, can we get answers to how a functional retard was made into a judge in the highest court in the land?
Inquiring frogs want to know.
A retard hired her. Enough said.
Biden wanted a black woman. Those were the requirements

Accurate.
Well, we are watching a clown show, trying to wake some normies. :)
The same reason they (Whitehats) picked FJB and Mamdani.

In my mother’s tongue, どういたしまして (Dō itashimashite) You are welcome!
Your mom is Japanese?
Don't touch my moustache??
... just kidding :D
My Welsh, Irish, Scottish father used to say that to my mom all the time. 😆
anata wa watashi no Fren desu. arigato gozaimasu, amigo.

This was a ruling to reconsider a previous ruling that just happened.
Trump term 1 sent Roe vs Wade (ie abortion) back to the states where it always belonged.

Ngl, It does seem the supreme Court has been voting in favor of maga On at least the very major issues.
Perhaps all of the picks, even brown, are plants
The SC have been voting in our favor because it is the right thing to do, it is called justice.
When are we going to not only swat Ketanji into her place...but right off of the fucking SCOTUS? Because she was totally sworn in by autopen...
🤣🤣🤣🫡🇺🇲
Can we get rid of the DEI hire judge already? The south shall rise again!
HALLELUJAH! Glad to hear something positive.
